It was great I was on my own met lots of really nice people I sure did ok picking off the internet nice room view of the bay handy to the bus as my friends were in Palma

Nothing the only thing they could add would be more snacks available at the bar

It was close to the airport so no long transfers which was very good. It was quite noisy at times depending on whether the aircraft were landing or taking off. However, not enough to spoil our stay.

The breakfast wasn't great (had much worse) but just about what you would expect of a hotel catering for many different nationalities. However, if you like it there was plenty.

It is okay hotel. Nothing special and nothing particularly bad. We had a breakfast buffet,which was quite the same every morning. Bathrooms are simple. This area, where the hotel is located, is quiet,not so much noise. We liked it a lot. The location is nice. It is not the place for parties,it is more like for family and quiet stay. There are 2 beaches close to the hotel and it is about 7 km from Palma. You can rent the bycicle. There is a bycicle road close to the hotel,which goes to Palma. Can Pastilla is a nice place.

One elevator was broken. But there was another,so...no problems. The staff in the hotel is not so good at English.

Very clean

Room was very clean, towels were changed daily, had a balcony and staff were most of the time helpful.

It was very noisy, hard to sleep as the walls were very thin

The staff, THE STAFF!! They are so accomodating, professional and very informative. The staff is what makes this hotel a 5 star not as a 3 star. From the room attendants, the food prepared by the chefs, the lounge it was about the staff.

The bed is so antique. 2 single beds does not make a full or queen bed. They need to upgrade the beds, other wise the hotel has everything a tourist needs.

excellent food and friendly staff. Lovely views towards Palma. Quiet area but within easy walk of all amenaties.

El hotel en general está bien. No es lujoso pero por el precio que pagué me conformo (oferta). Está cerca de paradas de bus para ir a Palma centro. Zona bastante tranquila (a finales de octubre), paseo marítimo que borda el mar desde S'Arenal a Palma por los que les gusta andar, o ir en bici está muy bien. La vista de mi habitación era muy bonita (delante del mar). El personal era agradable y serviable, sobretodo los de recepción. Posibilidades de alquilar bicis, excursiones,...en recepción.

En el restaurante encontré una cucaracha, por lo visto es típico allí de tener pero es bastante desagradable cuando uno come ver bichos pasar cerca del buffet. La piscina interior era muy fría, no climatizada. Muebles en hotel y habitaciones bien pero bastante antiguos. Televisión pequeñita en la habitación.
