In general, the hotel, it's facilities and staff were excellent. The buffet meal we had was better value than all of the outside restaurants we frequented. The price of drinks in your bar, especially when compared to a bottle of wine in your restaurant. |

all staff very heplful and friendly. We requeasted advice on sightseeing,restaurants and getting around and were given all information we needed. |

Well received, on site parking facility, good for walk around city, good friendly atmosphere, not to big. Window needed realigning to prevent road noise, air-con refused to blow cold air. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and breakfast was wonderful!! Having free wi-fi in the room was definitely helpful. It has an excellent location! We very much enjoyed our stay in the hotel. I would reccomend this hotel to everyone. |

central location excellent for shops and cafes, also not far to walk for the open top bus stop. view from bedroom was only about five foot away from a wall with windows belonging to flats we assume although perhaps this is unavoidable in a city centre hotel. |

Het hotel heeft ruime kamers en een redelijk comfortabele badkamer. Vergane glorie, het zwembad op het dak is klein en de ligstoelen eromheen vallen bijna uitelkaar van ellende. Het personeel was wel vriendelijk en de auto kan je tegen vergoeding laten parkeren in de garage. |

Pulizia delle camere, che risultano ampie, spaziose e confortevoli. Posizione a pochi minuti dal centro citta'. Anche se piccola, la piscina ha consentito ai bambini ed a noi adulti, dopo la visita della citta' qualche minuto di relax. Posteggio costoso. |

El trato recibido del personal de recepcion y camareros lo bien comunicado que esta del cento Si para ser de 4 estrellas le falta mucho en cundo a salas para estar comodo por ejemplo para ver tele en esto nos quedamos parados |
