Apartamentos El Almez

家族５人で使用しましたが、エキストラベッドのメイキングまで自分達で準備しなくてはならないのには驚きました。また、部屋が狭く入り組んでおり、ほぼ光の射さない環境も希望とはかけ離れていました。しかしながらロケーションはバツグンで何処に行くにも最高でした。また、車でのアクセスは評判どおりかなり狭い道を通らなくてはならず大変です。

連続５人のシャワー使用が出来ないのは痛かったです。シャワー使用に関する注意書きをお願いいたします。（１５分の連続使用で水になります）食器類にカビが付着していたり、結構備品が使えないものが多かったのも気になりました。

EL CEDRO（２ベッドルーム）に２泊しました。裏通りにあるため、やや見つけにくいロケーションですが、１６世紀の古い建物を改装した洒落たインテリアで、部屋の設備も新しく快適に滞在することができました。テレビ、電子レンジ、調理器具、食器類、コーヒー・紅茶、調味料、洗濯機、洗濯洗剤等なんでも揃っており非常に便利でした。親切なオーナーご夫婦が英語・スペイン語・ロシア語で対応してくれます。アルバイシン地区にあり、ヌエバ広場へ徒歩３分、サン・ニコラス展望台へ徒歩１０分、アラブ人街のカルデレリア・ヌエバ通りへも徒歩３分と観光にとても便利でした。 フロントデスクがないため、グラナダ郊外に住むオーナーに事前にメール(Email:j.garach@terra.es )　か電話で連絡を取り到着時刻を報告してカギを持ってきてもらう必要がありますが、ホテルとは一味違った滞在をしたい方にぜひお勧めします。

The location was great for walking to the Alhambra and getting to the lookout that looks over the Alhambra at sunset. Everything was within walking distance. The apartments were very clean and the sleeping arraingements were good.

The street that it is located on is very narrow being in the old part of town but has a lot of traffic on it at all hours of the day and night. Also everyone either coming up or going down from the dinner houses and bars makes the street very noisy. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but fans are provided.

Clean, best furnished kitchen I've seen, gracious owners, easy to find via foot/public transport (although you have to keep an ear out for those cars speeding down the street!), whatever street noise we heard didn't bother us. The apartment had a pretty good bed, a/c when it was humid... really excellent value! I would love to come stay here again...

My boyfriend felt a bit cramped in the kitchen and staircase to the bedroom (6'2" and wide shoulders), but he was fine. He still liked the apartment (Laurel?) almost as much as I did.

Fantastic position to enjoy everything Granada has to offer. Stylish well equipped apartment.

second bedroom was very damp,lack of on steet parking in the area meant we had to park in a multi story car park which added to the overall cost app 40 euro's

Very thin wall to the next room, unfortunately we could very clearly hear what they were speaking.

Location, the owner, cleanliness, tidiness and the fine details from fabrics of towles and beddings to toileteries (plenty of them) and everything you could ask for in the kitchen, as if you are at home. It is just wonderfull

no real complaints, Granada was very cold last days of November so the building was cold and the small plate heaters were just not efficient. but again can't complain given the age of the building.

Excellent location in the old town , very near centre and alhambra, lovely old building. The apartment retained all the buildings character and charm but had modern facilities, finished and maintained to a very high standard. All at a very reasonable price.

Everything we needed was there and the owner was very friendly and we liked the location too.

Original bulding use

Very central location in the middle of the Arabic quarter and the city centre. Functional apartment with all the utilities you might require, modern design with an Arabic touch.

The duplex apartment that I have stayed was very small, yet quite comfortable. The kitchen on the first floor is tiny and has a small dinning table. There is only space for one person to cook as the working space is really small.
