All rooms are spacious, huge bathrooms and have balconey and sea views. Only one restaurant open (Paris Roma) in the evenning which was not cheap. I went out! I was on my own and perhaps may have stayed in, had my partner been with me. An alternative would have been nice. |

our suite was comfortable and spacious.the spa was particularly well appointed. the staff were generally couteous and helpful. really enjoyed being so close to the sea. the hotel boasts 4 resaurants. these restaurants appear to open on a rotational basis depending on occupancy rates. it would be better to open only 1 restaurant and offer a more varied menu. the food that we had in the paris/roma restaurant was only average and this discouraged us from trying any other restaurant. there is no outside bar area offering drinks in the evening which would seem to be an opportunity missed. |

I enjoy this hotel, its rooms, its staff, the service and I love to sit by the pool and just listen to the sea. Overall it is a great place to stay and the staff are very helpful in all respects. |

The Hotel room was large, beds were comfortable. Lovely terrace onto beautiful gardens and view to sea, very relaxing. Super bathroom. Good pool area. Staff very attentive. Buffet breakfast not bad. Room weell equipped and supplied. I know it is a five star, but the prices were outrageous!! 50€ per head for buffet lunch (not up to 5 star quality), did not try the restaurants. Room service also expensive. Generally, very expensive. Also, not enough for the older kids (12+) to do. Needs to be a games room, pool table etc. Very difficult to get an afternoon snack in the hotel. Beach is stoney and not very wide. You need a car to get anywhere! Rooms were not cleaned properly. Could do with a slight refurb. Lock on wardrobe doors and patio door to terrace broken. Air conditioning broke, and next door complained of drain like smells. Sun beds and parsols need renewing as the latter were rusty. Floor round pool slippery, dangerous for the kids. |

Very nice hotel with excellent swimming pool however the downside was the restaurant. Must be the only place where you shouldnt order a Paella in Spain as was awful. Other than the restaurant everything else was very nice. |

Our room was huge, the hotel was right on the beach and the pool was fantastic. A great spot to relax or use as a base to travel to Gibraltar and Rhonda. Free car parking too. |

Friendly staff, they did a great job in finding a table for the gala dinner eventhough it was fully booked. Staff entered room in our absence and switched off heating and power. Reception didn't answer our email in regards to pre-booking of gala dinner and we were therefore told that it was fully booked. Too many people in the Thalaso Spa (not enough room for all). No mentioning of free vouchers for the Spa on website and/or in the Reception. |

Zimmer sind mit fantastische Meerblick, schön eingerichtet, gross. Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Früstück war reichhaltig mit freundliche Bedienung. Hotel ist schwirig zu finden: nicht in Navi System. Zu bemängeln war, dass im Zimmer teilweise heisses Wasser fehlte, nicht genugend Tücher vorhanden waren und Bademantel hatte ein grosses Loch. Benutzung von Wihrlpool muss separat bezahlt. Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant nicht empfehlenswert: Fleisch Ok, Beilagegemüse fast roh, Reis wässrig, ohne Salz, Pommes Frites matschig. Wein schmeckte nach Zapfen. |

Las instalaciones son de gran calidad. Habitaciones amplias y muy confortables. Piscina y entorno con plantas y jardines que presentan un bonito paisaje. La calidad de la comida en los restaurantes no está a la altura de la categoría del hotel. |

De ligging van dit hotel t.o.v. Estepona is prima. De kamers zijn uitstekend, ruim en netjes. Verzorging prima. Punt van verbetering is met name de onrust en (on)vriendelijkheid van het personeel bij de piekdruktes (bijv. ontbijt). |

La ubicación del hotel, en primerísima línea de playa. Wifi en las habitaciones. El cuarto de baño magnífico. El hotel está algo descuidado. Desde luego, no es un 5 estrellas GL. Deberían cuidar más las zonas comunes y, sobre todo, la pequeña playa que hay frente al hotel: estaba llena de todo tipo de desperdicios y las sombrillas y tumbonas propiedad del hotel en un estado lamentable. Extras (mini bar, restaurantes, etc.) demasiado caros. |

Habitaciones confortables, sin ruidos y modernas. Baño amplio y dotado con todo lo necesario para no necesitar nada, pero ausencia de intimidad porque no hay puerta. Desayuno formidable. El personal del Spa muy amable y complaciente. En resumen repetiremos la estancia . La recepción: no tenian conocimiento de mi reserva desde >Booking y tuvimos que esperar varias horas ( en ese tiempo me ofrecieron un supuesto cocktel que todavía estamos esperando). Hamacas de la piscina insuficientes, como siempre, ocupadas desde las 10 de la mañana. Parking libre pero con pocas plazas. |
