A great hotel with wonderful facilities. The apartments were well equipped for a short stay and very clean. While the kitchen was very functional it was a bit old. The hotel was a bit far from the beach so you need a car but it's right next to an enormous shopping complex with cinema and restaurants so there's lot's to do near. |

The pool, but there were 30 or so people from my family booked into the hotel for a wedding and when it was being booked no one told us that the facilities were not available until June 1st. A lack of things to do and there were small children and we were very disappointed. Read above, it was just very poor and a lot of money was spent on this holiday. You will appreciate that this was most peoples annual holiday and when we arrived there was nothing to do especially for the children I cannot understand why so many people were booked in if there were no facilities for us. Also we paid for half board and the food was awful and we ate out most of the time. |

it was close to amenities nice location that gave easy access to many of the coastal areas. The rooms as was the hotel were all clean and well kept. I suppose easier access for guests staying in block 2. However for security reasons going through the main reception area has its advantages aswell as peace of mind. |

This is the second time I have booked this hotel for a large group in conjuntion with a sportsarrangement. It is simply the best value for money in the area, period! Not posh, just good apartements and facilites, nice and tolerant personel and located beside a huge shoppingcenter. 5 - 8 mins refreshing walk to the beach is no probs for me. Only thing is a total lack off soap and linen for dishwashing |

The rooms,reception and restaurant area were excellent and very comfortable.Food was good. As with the Gran Hotel Costa del Sol where we spent 3 days at Christmas there was no entertainment. We had to go to another Hotel on New Years Eve to see in the New Year ! None of the facilities advertised were available.No Indoor swimming pool,no sauna ,no games room ,no gymn.The only thing open was the Library. |

El hotel es perfecto para casi todo, para ir de compras, para ir con amigos, familia, solos. Los apartamentos están muy bien equipados y son muy bonitos. El spa y el gimnasio muy chulo y completito. |

La ubicación es muy buena, sitio tranquilo y silencioso. El tener cerca el Centro Comercial es un gran argumento. El Hotel es confortable y está muy bien atendido. La pimera vez que estuve, la habitación era mas silenciosa. La segunda vez. me dieron la planta 5ª del bloque 3 y se oia mucho de fondo un sonido de maquinaria, sobre todo por la noche. |

la tranquilidad, el trato recibido por el personal y la efectividad para la solucion de cualquier problema. las habitaciones que estan en la parte posterior del edificio 3, las cuales son muy frias para la temporada de otoño, al no tener posibilidad de activar la calefaccion. |
