安くて、バスもあって、問題なしです。それに、ベルナベウスタジアムに近く、観戦に適している。

早朝出発の際に、タクシーを呼んでもらったが、タクシーの運ちゃんが、酷かった。健全なタクシーを呼んで欲しいです。　　ホテルの印象も悪くなります。

スタッフがみな親切で丁寧で素晴らしかった。ロビーも部屋もとても綺麗。

ほんの少し駅から遠いです。でもホテルから一本道なので道は覚えやすかったです。

the hotel is in a very good location. very good for families and groups. very helpfull staff.

Good location (near to business area, and direct underground to city center). Very affordable price for the double room.

Breakfast not included and pretty expensive. Furniture a bit old for a 4 star hotel... but still ok, given the room price.

Location was good, close to the metro that went directly to the city centre. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms basic but had all you need for a comfortable sleep.

Quite noisy first thing in the morning with staff in corridors not attempting to lower their voices.

Very uncomfortable night due to noisy mechanism of the elevator. Hotel staff accepted this but did not make any concessions in any way to compensate the discomfort.

certainly not four stars. old and in need of refurb unless aiming for a budget market.little things like the TV reception was distorted and there was no iron.... reminded me of the leaner and older tmes. this is 2008.
