Great location, everything was fine

great location in the marina and close to the Ramblas yet quiet, breakfast under the orange trees, pool on the top with view of the marina and the city,

the pool opening time was too short

as many times, the outsourced internet services of Swisscom: tideous, expensive and tight bandwith. it's like the high telephone costs in hotels, nobody is using them.

Beautiful hotel with very polite, helpful, attentive staff. Rooms were spotless, well laid out, very quiet. Liked the 5 different options of pillows available! The hotel is very well situated and is within walking distance of many of Barcelona's attractions. The views from the hotel over the city were fabulous.

The friendly staff, very hygienic, nice view from the room, quite rooms, well situated, fabulous breakfast and service in the bar/restaurant.

We were a little disappointed the swimming pool was very cold

Everything was all very grand!!! The hotel was right on the port but also very central to Las Rambles-it was a perfect start to our holiday and well worth the money

Location perfect (walking distance to La Rumblas)

We enjoyed the large, pleasant room, fresh linen and cleanliness, good bathroom and shower, quiet atmosphere, polite and friendly staff.

The staff was very pleasant and professional.

The food did not measure up to what we expected at a 5 star accommodation based on the price. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Nice rooms with a great location. Very helpful staff and good services and facilities.

Internet in the room was expensive, although free in the lobby.
