カタルーニャ広場から徒歩10分ぐらいです。カタルーニャ広場は空港からのAerobus(A1)の終点なので移動はラクでした(所要時間は30分ほど)。またカタルーニャ広場は多くの観光バスのルートにも入っているため市内観光にはとても便利でした。ホテル近辺は治安も問題はなく、またホテルのスタッフの感じもよかったです。ファミリールームはシングルベッドが4つで、ちゃんと部屋も掃除されていました。無線LANは問題なく繫がりましたが、デスクまわりにコンセントがなく、ちょっと不便でした。シャワーブースの排水溝がほとんどつまっており、最初に掃除が必要でした。（バスは無かったです）

朝食ブッフェが比較的簡易なものでちょっと物足りなかったです。

隣の部屋のトイレ・シャーワーの音が結構聞こえる

小さなトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても良かった。ロケーションも良く安心して夜遅くまで旅を楽しめました。建物も素晴らしく、部屋は収納スペースもたっぷりあり、広々していてとてもリラックスできた。バスルームの清掃は気合が入っている感じでとても気持ちよかった。朝食はやや高めですが、果物、チーズ、ハム等とても充実しており大満足。次も利用したいホテルでした。

メトロの近くで利用しやすく、ホテル内にあるサロンはとても豪華で誰でも利用できます。朝食も種類が豊富で特に、ホテルにこだわらず、リーズナブルに宿泊したい人には良いと思います。

チェックインの際のフロントの担当者の態度があまりよくなかったが、他のスタッフは気さくな方もいた。カタルーニャ広場にも徒歩圏内で空港へのアクセスは良好。

空調の調整が自分の部屋でできなかった。セキュリティボックス（古い金庫？）が全く使えなかった。

市街地にあるため、窓からの眺め等は期待しないほうがいいが、観光には絶好のロケーションにあり、とても使いやすかった。大通りには面してないので、夜間はとても静か。またホテルのスタッフも親切で英語が話せ、夜間の出入りにも快く応じてくれる。内装はクラシカルな家具が素敵で、部屋もシングルでしたがそこそこ広かった。

The uad room was more than enough for the 4 of us. It was in a centrall location near the metro.

Pleasant and extremely quiet bedroom with air conditioning and regular changing of towells, soap, and sheets. Polite and helpful hotel staff. Two desktop PCs with free internet access in very ornate 'Salon'. Pleasant terrace area for drinks and relaxation. Reception open all night if you're returning late from a night out.

Overall the Hotel Granvia is a very good hotel appearing smarter on the website than its rooms actually are inside (although the 'Salon' was very ornate and had 2 PCs with free internet access). However, whilst most of the hotel staff were polite there were a few downsides: i) the safe in our wardrobe had no key, hence was completely unsecure and gave us no safe place for our valuables; ii) the rooms weren't anywhere near as ornate as suggested by the website with very un-Spanish English fox-hunting pictures above the beds; iii) hotel staff were polite but not overly friendly and appeared unsure of themselves on a couple of occasions, e.g. momentarily losing our room key and then finding it again; and when checking out were unsure of whether the credit card transaction was for payment or simply guarantee; iv) breakfast was EUR 11.7 which is £10 and overly expensive if you only want a cheap and simple breakfast. Nevertheless, overall I would certainly recommend this hotel.
