It is clear that this hotel is very well run and a team spirit exists amongst the staff. All of my family felt they would like to return to the hotel again in the future. Well done! It might be possible to identify guests who would like to go to the mountains or elswhere for pic nics or walks/sightseeing (due to location of the hotel) without a car and arrange accordingly. The evening bar entertainment might be better co-ordinated with the restaurant by the staff offering coffee or drinks in the bar after the meal. |

The hotel is very nice and near the ocean. The pool was perfect after it had different areas for children and adults. The hotel is concentrated on germans and has no staff that can speak other language´s. they had difficult to speak spanish also ! For the children it is very hard to fit among the other children after children do not speak other languages. The staff that had different activity´s for the children could only speak english and german and where very bad in spanish. ( the mother language ? ) |

El recibimiento, y el buffet desayuno.La habitacion. El buffet cena escaso y platos repetidos (es mucho mejor el grupotel playa de palma) y el spa es pequeño y el agua esta un poco fria, ademas estaban todas las ventanas abiertas y no hacia calor fuera.Y que el servicio de la limpieza entrara sin llamar a la puerta a las 11.00 de mañana con nosotros dentro,(vaya susto) |

zimmer sehr geräumig und gut ausgestatt, erstklassiges essen - sowohl frühstück als auch abendessen! 'wellnessbereich' ist eher ein kinderplanschbecken mit angrenzender sauna. geräuschbelästigung in den zimmern überhalb des spa's |
