The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the shower was the best I've used in three months abroad. Ask for a room away from the elevators and the central lobby, if possible. We were sandwiched between lobby noise and outside noise most of the second night, which made sleep difficult. |

Excelent staff. We had all needed. Yes, we came back at 5.30 pm and the roomm was not ready. The wooman wanted to clean exactly at that time. I said that after about 10 minutes I go and she can clean the room. When I came at 10 pm the room was not clean. I went to the reception and they sent a person to clean the room. It took about 15 minutes and I had the room ready. From the reception desk they called to ask if the room is ok. |

It is very easily accessable from any direction, well signposted.Close to the town centre. I think the parking costs for guests is much too high.The cost of drinks in the bar is too high and this is shown by the fact you have a beautiful bar and foyer but no one in it. |

The room is very nice and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The shower is great. There is no airconditioning during winter time so the room was airless and too hot. We needed to open the window to get some fresh air. |

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The internet in the room was free of charge. The place is quite conveniently located. City centre is 5 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes walking. Entrance to the underground parking garage is quite narrow. |

El personal es muy atento. Todo está muy limpio. La ubicación es excelente si vas a ver la Alambra. En la cesta de bienvenida, esa que ponen en el baño con jabón y demás, no había ni cepillos ni pasta de lavarse los dientes. Es una tontería, pero a mi mujer y a mi nos fastidió pq llegamos bastante tarde al hotel y no había ya ninguna tienda abierta para poder comprarlo. |
