市内中央という立地条件がすばらしく良かった。スタッフも英語が理解できたし、宿泊代金の割には、朝食もし- っかり充実していた。４ベッドルームに一人で泊めてもらったのだが、風呂もトイレもしっかりしており、これ- なら一泊ではなく、連泊すればさらに良かったともったいなく思う。

市内中心部にあり，観光に非常に便利でした。

夜中でも騒がしかったです。またホテル内も椅子やテーブルを引きずる音が響いていました。壁も薄く隣の部屋- の音もよく聞こえてきます。

とても便利な場所にあり、ロケーションは抜群でした。朝食も良かったです。

部屋のカーテンがきちんと閉まらなかったことと、隣の部屋のバスルームの水の音がうるさかったこと。部屋が- 暑すぎたのですが、温度設定を下げてもなかなか室温が下がらず寝苦しかった。

we liked the location, heart of the city, the friendly staff and the cafe bar.The hotel was clean comfortable and value for money.We have stayed 4 times to date.

Tea coffee making facilities in the room would be good. Nothing we didn't like.

Good location, close to the city center. Good wifi Internet access in the room.

Reception staff could be more friendly. This was the only hotel in during our trip to Spain that did not have city maps on reception. We wanted to use their announced parking, but they suggested to use the public parking instead which was more expensive.

the hotel is situated at the city centre, near the Catedral.

After checking in, we were assigned a twin room. When we entered into the room, we notice that the toilet has not yet been cleaned up and some used tissues and towers were placed on the basin. We then call reception and have arranged for changing to another room. Even though the room seems to be OK however, it has a bitter bad smell. The hotel staff explained that it is a mistake and sorry for their arrangement. We accepted their apology. Secondly, the hotel offers free wifi however, the connection is very low and even no connection.

Nice room, staff was pretty helpful, and great location. As long as you don't care about Internet service, this is a great hotel.

The Internet service is poor and spotty, at best. It took them 2.5 days to get the Wifi working. When I let them know their Wifi was broken, there was no real interest in fixing the problem, even though the computer they'll charge you to use worked perfectly.
