立地場所、朝食、部屋、スタッフ、価格すべてにおいて満足できました。

スタッフがとてもフレンドリー。ロビーも豪華だが、部屋もシンプルだけど質の高い仕上がりで良かった。ネッ- トも無料で使えて良かった。一番感激したのは、一階にあるレストランです。ワイン（ハウスワインの白）も最- 高でしたし、マシュルームのパスタのおいしいこと！見た目はそうでも無いのですが、口に入れた瞬間目がさめ- るようでした。こちらのホテルご利用されたら是非お試しを。予約無しでＯＫでした。

部屋に湯沸しポットが欲しかった。

Excellent facilities, good buffet. Unfortunately didn't get to use the panoramic gym.

The room had a luxurious appeal, as did the entire inside of the hotel. Very tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good too, stylish and plentiful. Nice view over the city, and in walking distance from the old downtown area and the famous tourist sites. Great location and great luxury. The spa too provided great relaxation.

The staff during breakfast was rushed and appeared overworked; it took some time to be served coffee. The spa was not included in the price and run by a separate entity. For extra Euro 25, one could stay one hour only, and while very modern, the design had flaws such as a bad odor from the chlorine which the staff controlled with room refresher every 10 minutes. Some of the artfully arranged shower jets did not function properly.

Breakfast was good with a wide selection.

This hotel was disappointing for a supposed 5 star accommodation. There was no bellboy to help us unload and load our baggage from the taxi when we arrived or left. The receptionist didn´t find the hire car information we asked for despite her saying that she would and then give us the information afterwards. The ¨business centre¨ was just a room with 2 PCs. The gym was dismal and barely had any equipment that would be considered 5 star category. The air conditioning couldn´t be controlled individually and you had to call reception to change it. The shower, although futuristic, sprayed onto the floor as the screen wasn´t wide enough. I would hardly classify this as a 5 star hotel, more like an upper 3 star, or 4 star at best.

The room is pretty neat and luxurious, the breakfast devine ito quality and variety, and the staff top class.

The pool was closed from most of the time we've stayed there.

Hotel stuff are very cooperative .. and very very nice.

Not Changing the bed sheets and towels every day. One of them to be changed upon request.

Needs a sun deck with easy access. At present, only access to sun deck is via spa on a paid/timed basis. However, staff were very accommodating and offered us more time on sun deck.

The spa treatment was fabulous

Too far from the shops, room slighlty small having just arrived form a lrger room in a 4 star hotel. Decorations a bit loud ie red bed covers and curtains. Poor choice of tv channels in English ie cnn only no chance to buy additional tv ege latest movies

The Staff were really excellent and tried to help in every way they could and were really easy to communicate with as they had very good english. Sound proofing of room excellent. Everything just excellent.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had an emergency situation that required them to send a number of faxes for us, which they did without charge.

Facilities like hot tub and sauna are only available as part of an expensive spa package. If you want a swim and a soak, look into a day pass at the big health centre across the street.
