正直、ホテルに到着するまでは、朝夕食付きでかつ値段が安いので内容は？と半信半疑でしたが、他の方のレビューにも見られるように結果は大正解。客室にはミニキッチンもあり子供２人の家族にも十分な広さ。ビーチが目の前に広がります。空港から21番のバスで10分程度でホテルの近くに到着出来ますし、パルマ市内へも25番の高速バスでわずか10分。立地条件も最高のお勧めのホテルです。

特に不満はありませんでした。強いて言えば、シャワーの温度が突然冷たくなることが度々ありました。

1泊2食付きで格安でした。施設は古いですが、海に面した立地条件で部屋からの眺めもよかったです。コンビニも併設されていたので、買い物にも便利でした。すぐ隣に水族館もありました。

ホテルには駐車場がないとなっていたので、空港からはタクシーを利用し、ホテルでレンタカーを借りました。ホテルの横に無料の公共駐車場があったので、空港でレンタカーを借りた方がよかったです。

Close to the airport and close to the beach.Public transport nearby.Its in the quieter part of the beach area.There is a supermarket in the same hotel block.Freindly staff (when you can get hold of them).Free wifi service in the reception and bar areas.The manager sent a bottle of fizzy wine (cava) and a bowl of fresh fruit to our room ,offered us a free sauna,safe dipsit box and even a days car hire to compensate for the error in the room allocation.

Adults (men) must wear long trousers or you're denied access to the restuarant for dinner (this is not normal in a "beach resort".) and causes a lot of arguments every evening - much better than the hotel enterainment.Reception is a little caotic and not many staff available.They seem to get the room allocation very confused,we were given a double room and not an apartment as booked and a lot of other guest were also complaining.The rooms were not cleaned until 3 o'clock in the afternoon and after 3 phone calls to reception.The bar inside the hotel does not open until 6 o'clock and the small pool side bar has a very limited selection of drinks.The hotel supplies a "towel" service which is not mentioned on the web but would be nice to know for short stays.Indoor pool is closed from May to October and sauna has to be booked a few hours in advance (to warm it up).

It was a very good location for the beach, some attractions and other bars/restaurants. There was plenty of things to do although if the weather is bad it can get expensive as there is nothing to do in the hotel even though there is an indoor pool there are only so many hours you can stay in it. The food was good, very european and very healthy.

It was very German which made communication a problem with some of the staff and other guests. All the local information folders were only either in German or Spanish. I found the staff on the whole very good however they were either one or the other - very good or very dismissive.

Localization is great, not fare away from the airport, bus stop to Palma 50 m. away and balconies of the apartments are in front of the sea. Kitchen has frigo, microwave, disches and all that is necessary and there are supermarkets all over the place, even in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet are very good and there is great variety. The bar is nice and animated and there is a smokers area.

It's not easy to go to the sauna. It custs 5 euros and we must wait 1h30/2h00 for it to be ready. We can only use it until 7pm, and the same goes to the pool.

Breakfast was great. Great location to airport, bus stop, new aquarium, and beach.

Because of room design and marble hallways. Very noisy. If it was peak season would have been hard to sleep.

the only thing we could all fault was how painfully hard the bed/matteress was.i definately think this needs to be improved,but everything else was great.
