The staff were very friendly and helpful, however I felt that the hotel room and corridors needed a change of carpets. They smelt and were very dirty. The airconditioning was very poor and totally ineffective. The dirty carpets and smell in the rooms. |

The staff and air conditioning There is no restaurant and the only one there sells crappy food, i also hate that there were no showers in the rooms |

the hotel staff where nice and understanding people it is not anywhere near the alicante town centre, u need to take about 2 buses to get there. The hotel really is for backpacks not for ppl who wanna enjoy the beach and town life |

the non-smoking room, the big towel, the receptionist the price included breakfast but we did not get one since we had to leave too early in the morning to catch our flight |

Staff very helpful at all times. spoke god English also. It was on industrial estate, which i knew, but was slightly too far out of town. Would have been more economical to stay closer to centre, and pay less on Taxis. |

The price and the free internet access. The rooms were very basic and not ensuite This is not a criticsm as this was known when booked. Just a statement of fact. |

Close to the airport Room was not very clean: hairs at the sink. Very noisy hotel: at 23.30 a group of children came in an yelled for more than one hour. Hotel walls are made of paper: you hear everything what happens 4 rooms further |

Good location.........good breakfast at the restrant next door. It is an old Formula 1 and many of the rooms don't have bathrooms. Some do and the one I got was clean quite and had a bathroom(small) |
