I liked my stay at this hotel because the level of comort in the hotel was excellent for the price. However as an international hotel catering for a diverse range of nationalities the T.V. channel should incorporate at least one english speaking entertainment channel other than news.Also some sun loungers or perhaps an outdoor pool at rooftop level would enhance the leisure aspect of any stay considering the very favourable climate. Otherwise my experience was most enjoyable and I would have no hesitation in returning. Bathroom cleaning standard was a little careless. |

room quite nice, clean, everything well maintained. TV should have interanational channels, including CNN, BBC, Aljazeera, the list was very local , mainly in Spanish |

The hotel is new and its location is excellent (right in Alicante's city center). Buffet Breakfast was very very good (varied and good quality). The price was very good. |

room was very comfortable in size and very clean, had a nice view of the sea beyond and was quite central but not so much that you were in the midst of all the bars and restaurants. it did not have a pool as i had thought |

Good location. Short walk to all points of interest. The receptionist checked us in to our 2 rooms at 10.30 am on our arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Clean and modern hotel. |

Very central location, on the route to the airport, right on the edge of the old quarter, a short walk to both the railway station and the beach. The room was comfortable, with plenty wardrobe space and free wi-fi in the room. I thought the toiletries were excellent and plentiful. |

The staff were helpful and welcoming, even though we had little Spanish. They recommended a tapas bar, helped us increase the heating, rang for a taxi and looked after our luggage after check-out. The room was spacious and clean. The design of the hotel was stylish and modern. Although it was a non-smoking room, it had a slight smell of stale tobacco, which was unpleasant. |

This hotel was suberb, very central and right opposite the market. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The room was amazing and such good value for money. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again. Check in and Check out procedures were a little slow as they only every had 1 person on reception,. |

The maid service was excellent, and my wife's request for a change of pillow at reception was dealt with promptly. Could not have been more helpful. It is on the main road and liking a window open at night it was very noisy with drunken people shouting, even at 5am. |
