川を渡るとビルバオの中央に簡単に行けます。静かで洗練された町並みを楽しめます。また、徒歩15分ほどで旧市街へのアクセスも可能です。ホテル内はきれいでおしゃれです。スタッフは英語での会話が可能です。 無料WiFiがあるが、初日はつながらなかった。翌日からつながるようになったが、２日に１回IDとパスワードが突然変わるので、面倒だった。また、１回のレストランは料理を出すまでにとても時間がかかり、今まで食べたスペインのレストランで一番おいしくなかった。盛り付けなどはおしゃれなのに、もったいない。 |

４つ星とは思えないほど、よく管理された綺麗ないいお部屋でした。デザインホテルですが、収納も多く、お部屋も広く、スーツケースを２個広げてもたっぷり余裕があるほどでした。バスタブも大きく日本人向きかな。スタッフはフレンドリーで、移動の相談にも適切に応えていただきました。過剰なサービスはありませんが。食事も価格の割にデザートまで含めて種類も多く、また、フルーツをはじめ、非常に新鮮な食材が使われていました。交通の便もよく、ホテルわきには市内移動に便利なバス停があり、また、ホテル脇の川にかかった歩道橋を渡るとすぐにトラムのい駅もあります。トラムの駅でも徒歩３分程度でしょうか？この町に再訪のおりには、またこのホテルに宿泊します。 しいてあげるとすれば、デザインホテルで仕切りがガラスのため、お風呂や、トイレの音が寝室に聞こえやすい点でしょうか？ |

Ｂｉｌｂａｏは小さい、綺麗な街なのでどのホテルでも良いかもしれません。新旧の街やグッゲンハイム巡り及びトラム、バスを利用するには綺麗で便利な立地でした。 貸し自転車には感心した。 |

The hotel is located very convenient, at only a few passes from the Guggenhein Meuseum. Near the funocular with spectacular view over the city.Furthermore at only 10 minutes on foot from the airport bus stop. Excellent service in the hotel and in its restaurants, bars. |

I really liked the decor and savvy feel of this hotel. I was especially impressed with the lobby. My room altho small was comfortable and had everything I needed. I really like hotels which offer free internet so this was a big plus for me. Breakfast buffet was good When I returned in the afternoon my room had been cleaned, however I little too thoroughly in my opinion. As receipts I needed for a claiming expenses had been chucked out, along with an almost but not quite empty bottle of makeup meaning I had to do without on my last day. |

Excellent Location! We found the front desk staff to be very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Greatly appreciated the hotels efforts to be more mindful of energy conservation and to provide non smoking floors. Thank you. The price of the underground parking was expensive. The kitchen was very very slow the only night we ate at the hotel. |

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Great location to see the Guggenhiem. The design and decor of the hotel and room was modern and clean. The restaurant downstairs had a rude waiter and poor service. We did much better, and cheaper ordering room service. |

Location is very convenient. Close to Gugenheim and Casca Vieja. Walking ability through the river. We have been in this hotel previously with very good experience at the colored glasses river side room. But unfortunetly those rooms have been declereted as superior rooms and found out fully booked. We will never stay at the other small and unuseful type of the room again. |

Friendly, multi-lingual reception staff were great. Overpriced breakfast option on Sunday. Stuffy, airtight room. No tea/coffee service in-room. Didn´t find a mini-bar. |
