The pool area was very good and the in-house entertainment at night was better than expected The bedroom did not appear to be of 4-star standard and staff were not as informative and helpful as one would expect. |

perfect location, directly infrant of the beach, nice sport facilities, nice food, free parking place to cooperate with disco/bars around to shorten the time of music maximum till 2 A.M. |

The hotel has a perfect location few steps away from the sandy beach. The food is good and unlimited. The swimming pool is really nice surrounded by lots of sun chairs. Every night there is also an event for the whole family: parrots show, snakes exhibition, magicians, dancer, etc.Very good value for money Not a good place for a honeymoon as the double room actually contains two single beds. Also you need to pay extra for drinks for dinner (including water), while you get those included for the breakfast. |

We enjoyed staying at Hesperia at lot. One of the best locations in Playa de las Americas just opposite the beach. Pool is very pleasant, and entertainment activities pretty fine as well, even if target population is families/middle age+. Room spacious & clean. Best is the breakfast, tasty and huge variety every morning; and all this coupled with a very low price we paid for it. |

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much,especially the relaxed atmosphere,the space and the friendly staff. Too close to the bars where you are harassed continually to go for a drink,could not enjoy a stroll around there in the evening |

the hotel was close to the beach ,clubs ,shops etc. Staff in the hotel very friendly and food was good as well. i didnt like how they cleaned the rooms, they did only beds and change the towels that was all. |

The location, staff was friendly eventhough they could not speak english. Majority of the staff did not speak almost any english (mind you I am Finnish so I do not expect perfect english!) and that made things a bit difficult. Also this is not babyfriendly hotel, because there was no fridge for milk or no facilities to sterilize the bottles etc. |

-het personeel ontvangt je oprecht vriendelijk, staat achter hun hotel en is behulpzaam op allerlei vlakken, is flexibel (receptie: Tomas/jefe: Eder) - zwembad en terras zijn prima internet/wireless should be available in 2008 !!! |

We liked the hotel but less the room Beds were uncomfortable, matresses too soft, felt joints pain in the morning. The hotel is nice, rooms should improve. We had to pay for internet |

The location of the hotel was great, with a great beach just on the doorstop but far enough away from the noise of the Veronica's nightclubs. It was also good value for money and the hotel was pretty clean. The food was pretty awful and we would not recommend booking half board accommodation. They served the same dull thing every night and it was tasteless and cold. Some of the staff (especially at the pool bar) were very rude and purposely took to long to serve you. The bed was very uncomfortable and the rooms quite basic. I would not call this hotel a 4 star (more like a 3 or 3.5). |

The best thing about the hotel is that the room had a balcony with a nice sea view. Also, the hotel is located literally across the road from the beach. Sound insulation is very poor, could hear people talking in other rooms as well as animation at the adjacent hotel. Room facilities are not great for a 4-star hotel: no tea/coffe making facility, no mini-bar, no refrigerator, no phone directory/instructions. |

hotel staff were very friendly, the view from the room was excellent, location was fine except for the disco which i bet was empty. if the disco wasn't there i would recommend this hotel to anyone. the hotel was about 100/200mtrs from a very very loud disco tech that boomed out till 4.30/5.00am we didn't get a good nights sleep the whole holiday. |

Everithing except the noise during nights. The room was very noisy because of night entertainment.There was not possible to sleep untill 2-3 o'clock in the morning. |

Location, variety of buffet meals and the live entertainment every night /especially Hesperia Hippo/. Also, the hotel has free guest parking, and that is very comfortable too. You can check your emails for 1.50 Euro for 10 minutes. In a hotel like this I belive the internet service should be complimentary. But everithing else was really good. |
