レストランの方々のホスピタリティは素晴らしい。レセプションとコンシェルジェのホスピタリティは、いまいち良くない。 二回も、夜中の三時までホテルのプールサイドでダンスパーティを開催されて、眠れなかった。クレームを言っても、改善されなかったし、事前にパーティがあるなら、チェックインの際に告知しておいてもらえれば、静かな部屋を予約したのに、本当にひどい目にあった。また、クリーニングでも、ドライの指示を出したのにも関わらず、勝手にランドリーに書き換えて、洗濯され、ワイシャツが二枚ダメになってしまったのに、弁償をしてくれなかった。とにかくレセプションをはじめとした、ホテルスタッフの対応が悪い。 |

スタッフの対応は、とてもよかった。 部屋付きのドライヤーが壊れていたので、別の物を持ってきてもらったが、バスルームのコンセントとあわず、使うのに苦労した。壊れたものを、部屋においておくのは、どうかと思った。 |

Very disappointed, I saw I choose a business hotel with all the facilities, but what I got was a big hotel which needs to modernize, the building and the staff as well ....this hotel is more like customer relation. Far from the city, far from the beach.. Change personal, development the service and facilities, like internet, fax etc.. |

Very good 5 star hotel beautiful grounds and pool.Bar stayed open quite late so possible to have a drink after dinner in town. Smoking is permitted in the bar. Pool loungers need a cushion they are very uncomfortable after a while. |

Good location, very friendly staff. Lovely pool area/ gardens. Lobby was very stylish with piano playing every night. Rooms were very clean, had excellent view of the stadium. no iron |

Great staff, good food and facilities... 15 minutes from city center with metro. I'd definitely recommend if you want to go for a long WE in Barcelona where you combine city tour with relaxing time at hotel's facilities... |

Staff very friendly and helpful.Location was ideal ,lovely to come back after a day exploring the city I requested an iron ,to iron a blouse but this could not be brought to my reem for security reasons .I thought this was ridiculous |

Proximity to L3 metro line, excellent door staff, reception and chambermaid service and reasonable choice of restaurants, although the Fresh Bar was unfortunately closed. The menu at the Garden Restaurant appeared to be somewhat limited in choice. We decided to give it a miss, and head into town. Two small beers in the lobby bar cost 15 Euros, a bit too excessive. |

Good rooms, close to the center... You had to pay extra to use the spa, which is not usual for a hotel with so many stars. The staff did not speak english, they were bored, not willing to help you. |

The hotel is absolutly amazing. Top level in everything. The staff is one of the best that I met in all my entire life of trips all around the world. The only remark is that is quite far away from the centre of Barcelona, but taxi is always available, so no problem. Very nice the garden and the spa. Good restaurants, super breakfast. |

i liked the spa, the swimming pools, the willing-to-help-at-any-time stuff and the view from the room. i didn't like the fact that they charge money for wi-fi. i thing it should be part of the hotel's services. |
