Relaxing stay, very nice room with all comfort and nice view on the old town of Ibiza, and the garden and swimming pool - nice even to just sit on the terrace. Swimming pool with good sun beds food all day etc. Gym perfect with up to date equipment, nice spa offering all treatments.

It is close to the sea but it feels a bit like an enclosed space, as there are high walls and could be almost anywhere in the world, even in a city. If looking for a sea view, avoid. Bath in the middle of the room, good for honeymoon suite but should have a proper bathroom for all other rooms.

Good rooms, location, facilities.

Definitely not 5*-service. Could not get a simple sandwich at lunchtime, and staff on-hand were very inflexible. Breakfast/Lunch is just an average buffet rather than the more elaborate a la carte affair that you would expect at a hotel that portrays itself as 5-star. Front desk staff excellent though.

Location Location Location Amazing. Style perfect.

it wqas everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel

The hotel is not yet finnished.The restaurant is only open for lunch , the poolside bar/restaurant is not yet open and there was a noise from the builing works from early morning though the disturbances were minimal. The reception areas, rooms etc were excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful at all times

El desayuno.

Muchas cosas: el hotel es muy decepcionante. Es un bunker de lujo, con aspecto de presidio en su interior. La mayoría de habitaciones tiene una vista muy pobre (un bloque de apartamentos), y la zona de la piscina no tiene ninguna vista. La situación, óptima para los clientes de Pacha y discotecas de los alrededores, lejos del centro para los demás. Hay poco servicio en el restaurante de la...

Oui mais ville derserte

Tres impersonnel

Frühstücksbuffet und -zeiten (bis 11.30 Uhr - könnte durchaus bis 12.00 Uhr gehen), weil in IBIZA die Leute in der Regel sehr lange ausgehen.

Benützung des Spa Bereichs wird extra verrechnet.

Das Hotel ist erst seit wenigen Monaten eröffnet, sehr modern und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen und zur Altstadt. Vom Flughafen ca. 20 Min. entfernt.

In einem 5*Hotel erwarte ich, dass das Zimmer auch am Abend nochmals oberflächlich sauber gemacht und die Handtücher erneuert werden. Im Restaurant war zu wenig und zu schlecht ausgebildetes (oder motiviertes?) Personal. Man konnte abends nicht die Tür zum Balkon offen lassen, weil es draußen sehr unangenehm roch (vom Hafen her?).Die gebuchte JuniorSuite war ein etwas größeres DZ und zu teuer!
