The reception lady is very nice and helpful. Close to Figueretes beach and 15 min walk to the city through a dirt road. Rooms are clean but very basic. Good pizzas and beer at the front restaurant - service is very slow though. Room rates are way too high for what you get. Rooms have little security. No lift or ramps for luggage. Breakfast inculded is a joke, very basic and you are not given a choice - They might as well not give you anything. TV is hard to operate all channels are in Spanish or Catalan so if you don't speak any of those languages you might as well turn it off. |

L'esposizione a Sud , l' ottima ventilazione del bagno e della camera (doppia , uso singola ) ; la grande terrazza ( primo piano ) con due sedie e tavolino Nel mio caso , ho avuto la camera al primo piano . La mancanza di ascensore penso possa comunque costituire un grosso problema in altri casi per certe persone |

het is een schoon hotel en de mevrouw die de kamers schoon maakt is zeer vriedelijk het ontbijt was zeer gering en de man die waarschijnlijk de eigenaar is was zeer onvriendelijk.Hij sprak geen woord engels en kon het ook niet waarderen dat wij in het spaans hem bedankten en begroeten.Wij hebben geen woord van hem gehad. De buurman sprak ook geen woord engels,maar met hem hebben we wel plezier gehad ,al was het handen en voeten werk.Bovendien is er ook geen lift aanwezig. |

è situtato in una posizione tranquilla,distante 15-20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Ibiza.La signora che lo gestisce è gentile e la colazione gratuita è possibile farla al bar/ristorante annesso. |

El precio de la habitación y la limpieza. La cama no se pasaba pero no estaba mal del todo. Cuando contraté por ebook no ponía que era hostal-residencia y me llevé una desilisión cuando lo ví. Me tuve que adaptar a los pocos recursos que tiene un hostal. La TV no sintonizaba ninguna cadena. En el baño sólo había toallas (ni gel, ni champú ni nada de nada). |

Me ha gustado en especial la limpieza y que está en buenas condiciones Está bastante alejado del puerto, que es donde en un principio yo quería ir. La entrada despista bastante y el que cobren por adelantado. |

La tranquillità, nonostante fosse in una zona dell'isola movimentata, e la camera dove ho alloggiato aveva anche la vista mare da un grande balcone, e la gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto all'arrivo. Il fatto che la colazione viene servita solo fino alle ore 10. Ma in un'isola come ibiza, ciò non può essere possibile, vista la sua movida notturna.... |

la posizione vicino alla spiaggia di figueretes e abbastanza centrale..il prezzo contenuto(me era in offerta)ma equo rispetto alla tipologia non c'è ascensore e ho dovuto trasportare il bagaglio(più di 20 kg!!)per 4 piani senza il minimo aiuto... inoltre l'ingresso non è accogliente |

nulla è un tugurio non sembra un hotel ma un affitta camere. Sono arrivato in hotel mi hanno dato le chiavi e la stanza non era stata rifatta per dimenticanza hanno detto. |

dreckige Bettwäsche, laute Nachbarn, ein Frühstück bestehend aus nur einem Baguette. Keine Wurst, kein Käse!!! Kein Aufzug. Eine Zumutung mit großem Koffer in den 4. Stock zu kommen. Rezeption nur selten besetzt. |
