Ayre Hotel Córdoba

Very pretty gardens and a great location in a tree-lined neighborhood. Closer to "old" town than I reported. Nice size room and a great value for the money. Wonderful landscaper and plants inside reception area. Clean 4 star hotel with welcoming entrance. Large room and good size bathroom. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Cordoba.

Need carpet in rooms. Floor was cold. When asked for a double bed I was told that housekeeping would be up to put two twin beds together but they never came.

i loved the location. it is in the classy suberbs of cordova and close to the city center with free parking

the cleanliness of the rooms and service in restaurants was impeccable. hotel is situated on a large plot, hence the sport amenities.

there is no free wifi - only paid with poor reception. the location is far from center, but you can get there by bus / taxi, which is recommended as parking in the center is very challenging

Good reception area. Good breakfast. Rooms generally comfortable.

Restaurant and swimming pool not open (end of Sept). Reception staff not all as pleasant and helpful as they could have been. Air conditioning very poor in one room. We changed to another where it was slightly better.

Setting and reception very attractive

Yes - we had to leave early because we booked a four star hotel, it said three restaurants - all closed except the very small buffet for breakfast, which was bad - all hot food was cold!!! This ruined our holiday. We booked so we could stay in hotel for dinner and not every night have to go into town. It said 7 minutes on bus to city - not true at least 20 minutes in the car or taxi!!!!

Good value for money. Good location: taxi 7euros into centre or 1.10euros by autobus

Swimming pool closed.This was a definite black mark as this was a determine factor in my choice of hotel. It would help if they used the correct name as the Occidental Hotel on the internet as this is most confusing when trying to locate it

The food in the restaurant was excellent and many of the staff were helpful most of the time.

The rooms were not soundproofed so it was incredibly noisy the first night. The location is in the back-end of nowhere and certainly not "seven minutes from the centre of town by public transport" as advertised. The "large grounds" do exist but mainly consist of scrubland hidden behind the tennis courts. Despite it still being high season and very hot, the swimming pool was closed. Some of the staff were extremely lax.

We enjoyed the green and quiet environment, the outdoor restaurant and the pool (mandatory during summer time).

The cleaning of the pool could be improved.

We loved this hotel, very comfortable, lovely pool. Easy to reach city centre, the number 4 bus goes directly, or pleasant walk down the hill, suggest bus or cab back though! We were sorry to leave

Cheerful and helpful staff at all levels, Clean and comfortable room. Near to bus stop to city centre (15 min ride) which cost 1.10€ each way free ,shaded ,parking at hotel. Breakfast buffet sets you up for the day!!

The layout of the hotel - both pleasant and functional. The friendliness of the restaurant staff, and the quality of both dinner and buffet breakfast. All the facilities of the bedroom. The beautiful setting. It's an impressive place.

It was in a lovely location and the trip into the city centre and beyond was stress free - if we did not want to drive there was the option of a local bus at the end of the road with a frequent service.

The only restaurant open was the main and expensive one however the feria was on so we ate out anyway couple of decent italian and asian within a few miles.
