プエルタデルソルまで徒歩１分と立地はとてもよいホテルでした。また、この周辺は繁華街であるので夜も飲食- 店が多く営業しており、にぎわっている地域です。近場にとても美味しくて安いtaberunaやbarもあ- ります。ホテルの方の対応もよかったです。 シャワーのみでバスタブがありません。 |

市バスがありますが、街自体が小さいので、国鉄駅からも観光スポットにも歩いて行ける位置にあります。部屋- は綺麗で清潔でした。スタッフの愛想も良く接しやすかったです。 他の部屋は違うのかもしれませんが、便座の横が丁度ガラスになっている造りだったので、部屋からトイレの様- 子やシャワーに入る様子が見えるのが嫌でした。 |

朝食つきの割にはまあまあ安い。駅･旧市街、どちらとも歩いてそこそこ近い。バス停も近くにあるので、駅、- 旧市街ともバスで行ける。設備は可もなく不可もなく。 少し他の部屋の音がうるさい。 |

Good location, 15 minutes walk from the Great Mosque (if you know the way :) ), very close to the bus and train station. Good value for the money |

The staff at reception have been very kind to keep our luggage for some time, after check-out. The staff at restaurant / cafeteria are not able to speak or understand english or french. This is not a professional attitude for hotels jobs. |

The location is good, plenty of places to eat / shop in the area and the old town is a short walk away. The rooms are small and noise was a real problem, so don't forget your earplugs! They could have spent less money on the lobby and upgraded to rooms instead. |

Comfy, stylish room, good value for money, nice and helpful reception staff (and they speak English, I think it is something rare in this part of the country). Breakfast could be improved. |

The best things about the Serrano were the price and its convenient location - for both the station and the sights of the town. At the price, the facilities were as good as might be expected. |

It was a clean well run hotel in a quiet location, it was reasonably close to the train station. No real view from window, but it was quiet. |

The hotel has at least three star facilities, I had a nice clean room. The breakfast was very good. It was quite loud in the hotel. You could hear other guests and cleaning personel at night and early morning. |

Room was clean. Staff ok. Not well soundproofed so could hear people walking past room all night. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed during 9 days in Spain, and it was the least enjoyable. It is not a terrible hotel, but very mediocre and the breakfast was poor. |

The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was available up to 10.30. The room was serviced every day with the minimum of disturbance. The location of the hotel is excellent |

Su ubicación es idónea. Está muy céntrico pero en una calle tranquila, en plena zona comercial y a doce minutos andando del centro hístorico en un recorrido con encanto. Cercano también a las estaciones de ferrocarril y autobuses. El personal es muy amable y atento. No, todo estuvo perfecto. La relación calidad precio es muy buena. El desayuno, incluido en el precio, es excelente. |
