きれいな部屋で、価格の割に良いホテル。街の中心に近く、街歩きに便利。昼シフトの受付スタッフは、気さくで親切。

夜シフトの受付スタッフが英語をうまく理解できなかったので、依頼したレストランの予約で希望が伝わらず、問題があった。部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった。

清潔で部屋が広い。便利なロケーション。周囲に郵便局、食事ができるところも多くスーパーもある。1階にカフェテリアがあり、簡単な朝食や飲み物を飲むことができる。ただし午前8時から。

Very helpfull Staff,Your thoughtfulness will always be remembered.英語の上手なスタッフのおじ様に大変親切にしていただきました。外出先からの戻りの際、夜の12時まで嫌な顔せずに待機いていただき大変助かりました。連絡しなくて本当にごめんなさい。。。お風呂も大変快適で、設備も新しく、日本人の一人旅に向いているところだと思います。中心地に近く立地も良く、近くに銀行やお菓子の美味しい禁煙のカフェもあり便利でした。

The staff at the reservation desk, one man in particular, couldn't have been more helpful. We were offered maps and suggestions on what places to visit during our two day stay in Granada. Great location, only a stones throw from the centre of the city and right across the road from an El Corte Ingles department store.

Hotel is centrally located. Room was very clean and front desk personnel extremely friendly. Garage parking was available very close- by at a very reasonable rate.

Coffee shop selection was disapointing but many restaurants nearby.

Good location, very nice staff, clean and stylish room

It was small and cosy, in an excellent position downtown, near shopping and restaurants and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were first class and the beds were very comfortable.

the hotel was conveniantly situated.The hotel manager was extremely friendly and helpful. And the whole place (city) was very nice

Only complaint was the noise in the front rooms

Simple breakfast in hotel's next door restaurant

It was small friendly and gave excellent value for money. Most particularly thugh was their attitude when my handbag was stolen in the town centre. the manager was really sweet about it, calmed me down, took a copy of my police statement so that he could follow up the case after I left-and even went to the bank machine with me so that i could feel safe when drawing out some emergency cash.

Hotel was very clean and rooms are to a good standard. Showers are excellent. Good location and does have a car park very close to hotel. Staff excellent and a very nice cafe as part of the hotel.
