Very good hotel, totally renovated 3 years ago.Very well located, 10minutes by car from the airport in downtown Puerto del Carmen.The staff is really nice. The hotel has direct acces to the beach.Very good option also we arrive at 10:00 in the morning and the room was not ready, and the hotel gave us the breakfast by free. The food is an excellent buffet. |

We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again. Only the weather and the entertainment could have been better. |

Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. Evening entertainment was abysmal so we went next door to the Hotel San Antonio for their much better shows - eg Abba cover band. |

First thing I saw when I stood on the balcony of my room was a rat running along the balcony wall between rooms nearby. Never seen rats near a hotel before. Double bed requested but had to wait for it for 2 days, no coffee making facilites, food v bland. Not as luxurious as the impression given in your site. No room service. Bedroom was nice but the Hotel was v basic, more like 2 star than 4 star. |

Es un hotel muy agradable, y está todo muy limpio, las habitaciones son buenas y todas tienen terraza, tiene salida directa a la playa, y el personal es amableEl desayuno está bien, la cena algo peor. |

lo que mas me gusto es la atencion del personal de recepcion , y la del personal del restaurante solo falta un poco de sonrisa ante los clientes respecto a estos ultimos es las chicas de animacion que no he visto ninguna animacion , y por otro lado respecto la limpieza no respetan el deseo del cliente ante el cambio de sabanas y toallas de la habitacion durante la estancia |

la situacion es fantastica en la misma playa y tb en el paseo .el personal es muy amable con un trato muy familiar.las chicas de animacion muy simpaticas al igual q en la recepcion, la limpieza y el personal del comedor, y el personal de mantenimiento.esta totalmente reformado, muy comodo, nuevo ,limpio y a su vez aunque no debe ser pequeño, resulta acogedor y familiar y tranquilo. el horario de la cena de 18:30 a 21 :30 aunque no eran excesivamente estrictos detalle de agradecer.Tb los horarios de animacion orientados al publico extranjero en cuanto a horarios. |

La tranquilidad que se respira tanto en el propio hotel como en sus alrededores, asi como su magnifica situacion al borde de la Playa en un entorno apacible. Quizás lo impropio de exigir el pago por adelantado, y por otra parte no habersenos asignado, en un principio, al llegar a la recepcion, el tipo de habitacion solicitada. Tuve que esperar al dia siguiente para cambiar a la habitacion solicitada. |

Habitación y terraza amplia. Personal muy agradable. Muy cercano a la playa. Horarios de cena demasiado adaptado a alemanes. ingleses etc.... Comida de calidad pero muy repetitiva a lo largo de una semana. |

die Lage der Anlage, direkt am Meer kurzer Fußweg zur Flaniermeile von Puerto del Carmen die Sauberkeit der Anlage, das freundliche Personal, das Essen war alles in allem auch gut. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, notwendige Reparatur am Sofa wurde nicht ausgeführt. |

Lanzarote es una isla maravillosa y sorprendente. El hotel está muy bien situado, la comida es buena aunque sin gran variedad y la relación calidad precio esta muy bien. Buenas instalaciones de gimnasio, jacuzzi y piscinas. La distribución arquitectónica de las habitaciones en el hotel es demencial con habitaciones cuyo ventanal da a un pasillo. No hay facilidad de desplazamiento para personas discapacitadas, hay escaleras y rampas que son escurridizas cuando el suelo está mojado. No recomendable para personas con dificultades de movilidad. |

La comida. El buffet en general era variado y bastante digno. La calidad general del equipamiento de las habitaciones y la solicitud del pago por anticipado (que no se produjo porque no les funcionó el sistema informático a nuestra llegada) me parece que no corresponde a una calificación de cuatro estrellas. |

La amabilidad del personal. Nos habían reservado una habitación que miraba hacia el vestíbulo en lugar de hacia el mar, como habíamos pedido. Amablemente pudieron cambiárnosla por otra que sí miraba al mar. |
