Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was ok and even if was on a busy street all day and night it was very quite. Bathroom big and confortable. Internet connection working only in spanish language, but was fast and available 24/7. Breakfast all right and good value. Very nice to have breakfast in the morning on the terrace outside. Good experience. Reccomended.

The Tv should have more English or Italian channales available. Reception a bit small, and can get crowded. But overall a good experience.

Good location

Should inform customers about how to access the hotel and that it is in a pedestrian mall. We had a lot of difficulty trying to get access before realising street closed. Not helpful when have alot of luggage. Also need hairdryers in each room.

Location

Air condition didn't work, so is the fridge in the room. However everything solved quickly when we asked for it.

Hotel situated right in the centre of Madrid and within a walking distance of shopping, restaurants and sites. Hotel was clean, room was comfortable (Free internet & Safe in room were both very useful), breakfast was consistently nice, and above all despite being in the centre, the hotel was quiet.

Good food and service and exelent location

The aircondation did not work

staff let us book in early, fridge was nor working and this was replaced although the new one was not exactly ice cold but it did work

room was booked as a quad, this was a king plus a sofa bed plus a single bed. It was fine for two nights but there was not a lot of room left after the cases and the four beds were set up.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice - at the desk and in the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was so central we were able to pop back at lunchtime for a rest! The laptop in the bedroom was fabulous. We could read Irish Newspaper and keep in touch with emails with our family. I will recommend the hotel to friends.

The safe is the bedroom didn't work as per the instructions given on the safe! and it didn't open and close as it should have done. However, it eventually would open! The room was a bit noisy at night - we woke up a few times because people were shouting on the street.

A very good service, centrally located. I would definately recommend your hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Excellent Location, right in the center and lots of shops, restaurants, cafe arounds.

Too noisy, not able to sleep even till 3 a.m. We could hear people taking shower, talking, walking, every sound that you can think of....feels like there is no wall in between the rooms.

I liked the location and the accommodations were great too.

The only thing I didn't like is that I had 2 twin beds instead of a queen size bed.
