The gardens and swimming pools and the close proximiiy to the promenade. Also the architecture of the hotel. This was our 2nd visit. We would probably return although the internet and laundry charges would be an obstacle(see below) I hope the comments below are helpful. 1. High internet charges of 15 euros per day. I had to go outside the hotel to a cafe every day. Ridiculous price and very inconvenient for anyone using it daily for a short time. 5 euros would be more than enough. 2. likewise the laundry charges are excessive 3. the laundrette is not a good alternative. |

As always this hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Buffet not as good as usual as running out of food and not topped up quick enough. Also new was the fact that they are now charging guests for orange juice at breakfast (€2 for 200ml up wards) Strange for a hotel of this quality. |

Me ha gustado el diseño del hotel y su entorno. Resulta un lugar relajante en el que puedes descansar y a la vez divertirte. Faltan ascensores en algunos lugares, porque hay que caminar bastante para llegar al ascensor central. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekker en gevarieerd eten. Mooie tuin met zwembaden. Comfortabele kamers. Goed ingerichte fitnessruimte. Spa en lichaamsverzorging te duur. Bijbetalen voor veel voorzieningen zoals propere handdoeken aan het zwembad, vers fruitsap bij het ontbijt fitness minigolf .... |

Realmente las habitaciones y en especial las suite junior, son una pasada, me las concedieron para mi aniversario y estaba de fabula. La segunda vez me dieron una normal y la verdad es que cambia totalmente la estancia. Mejor una suite aunque son un lujo para pocos. Gracias Al ser un hotel tan grande, personalmente carece de informacion o puntos de informacion en temporada alta, ya que a traves de un mapa te indican donde esta la habitacion y luego buscate la vida, y eso no es asi. Mas atencion al que paga, que sin nosotros no existiriais |

La piscina y jardines , los comareros del comedor algunos con cara de pocos amigos , creo que los hacen correr mucho y quitan calidad al servicio Es todo bueno ,pero creia que era mas tranquilo y para ir a de vacaciones y encontrarte con almenos mas o menos 1200 personas al menos no es para mi |

El agua de las piscinas estaba climatizada, una pasada, la playa estaba al lado, las tiendas, los restaurantes, etc, Recomiendo no alquilar coche, no hace falta para nada y en el hotel tb se puede alquilar. Los desayunos estupendos. Te cobran algunas cosas aparte, el zumo natural del desayuno, el çambio de toallas de playa, el aparcamiento es abusivo (12€ diarios) las cervezas son carísimas ( 4.80€) mientras que el resto de bebidas están bastante bien de precio. |

Queria relajarme y he conseguido, obviando los fallos que hemos encontrado en el hotel. Sí muchas cosas, entre otras, me parece increible que tenga que abonar el parking del hotel, el cual, era descubierto y de nula vigilación. Tuvimos problemas la mayoría de las veces que tuvimos que salir y entrar en él. El desayuno es muy escaso, deficiente y lo del cobro de naranja, no tiene nombre. |

La sonrisa y atención del personal del hotel aunque estén muy agobiados siempre responde con una sonrisa es de admirar la buena atención y la amabilidad del personal del hotel gracias El parking del hotel es privado hay que pagar por aparcar el coche en sus intalaciones |

La zona, perfecta, la atención, el sitio, las habitaciones... bueno la verdad es que llegamos a las 14h y no tenian la habitacion lista y nos dieron una suite!!!!!!. Todo ha sido perfecto!!!! |
