フロントの対応はとても好感が持てました。部屋も清潔でしたし、ベットのリネン、洗面所のアメニティも善かったです。 敢えて言えば、Wireless internetが繋がらなかったこと。建物に囲まれているので電波が弱いのかもしれません。 |

Staff delightful, location good for walking. Our room was comfortable but tight - passage for large individuals would be very difficult! Photos on site rooms appeared much larger. |

It was just catastrophic! It’s not at all a 5* Hotel! The superior room was so ugly: carpet and furniture very old, dirty and ugly. All in the bathroom was destroyed, old or broken. As we complained, we got an other one and it was as bad as the first. There were even holes in the floor under the carpet everywhere! TOO MUCH! Bar closed at 22h. Int.ernet was an old computer with virus and a Win 98! |

Good value but it is not a 5 stars Hotel. But the price (around 100€) was OK with the standing of this hotel Nobody opened the lobby door when we arrived with a lot of luggage. The bathroom was not totally clean. |

Location but on a quiet side street. Facilities are very spacious and modern. The charge for the laundry (not dry cleaning) seemed a bit much, although it was packaged so beautifully that my wife insisted on taking a photograph.The bar was too American for me, as I wanted to experience the rich Basque culture present elsewhere in Bilbao. |

very disappointing. room set up as single room so had to ask fro 2 towels. They then did not think to add extra glasses/robes etc. room very small as werwe othersin category. porter on door very indifferent. bars alslo indifferent servce and did not serve cocktails.although had menu for them on previous day. supposed to be quiet location and was with little traffic but very noisy spillout from ba |

E' vicinissimo al Guggheneim in pieno centro, personale molto professionale, stanze con tutti i confort e ambiente di design con un'aria retrò. Comodo il parcheggio il clienti se andate in macchina (a pagamento). La moquette nella stanza. |

Das Hotel hat eine optimale Lage, um die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten von Bilbao zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt zudem in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sodass man durch Verkehrslärm nicht gestört wird. Die eigene Tiefgarage des Hotels ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. |
