市内へはシャトルバスサービスがあったので不都合ありませんでした。プールもあり、市内観光とともに充実した滞在となりました。部屋は5ツ星に相当するものと思います。 |

The hotel was excellent for the family of four, service excellent, beautifull place and great for the money. Location good with respect to highway and downtown. There was noise in other rooms, like moving furniture around at nighttime/sleeptime more than one night, we called and it stopped but took some time and then happened again next night. |

the staff were very friendly,the hotel was a genuine 4 star in all aspects,the restaurant was excellent and the set menu very good value.i would certainly return to this hotel and recommend it to others. |

I booked this hotel primarily because your website stated this was a non-smoking hotel in all public and private areas. This was false information. People smoked everywhere. While there were no smoking signs present they were ignored and uninforced - cigarette smoke billowed from rooms as we passed the halls, and permeated all the common areas. The ash tray in the room next to the no smoking sign was quite ironic. |

Almost a five star experience for the price of a three star hotel. Good breakfast, free wifi in the room, very spacious and comfortable beds Very far from the center of town although a a godd free shuttle service takes you there for free, except on Sundays. No water in the pool until July. |

We had a wonderful stay the staff we terrfic and very friendly. The use of the shuttle bus into the centre of Santiago was a great facility. both drivers Jose and Alfonso give friendly advice and took great care of us. The hotel gardens were beautiful and lent to the peace and comfort of the hotel. the walk from the hotel into the city was an easy track and give a sense of the place. |

Very nice, like the transfer bus and helpful staff An uninspiring gym and the swimming pool was green!! We were thinking of using both but didn't. You could at least position the running machine so that you can see out or maybe put a mirror opposite. |

Spacious rooms with facilities of a five star Hotel. Although within walking distance of the centre for us (approx 45 mins) some folks might find it difficult with the courtesy bus not running on Sundays. |

The hotel itself is very beautiful. Very elegant and luxurious feel, great interiors, large room with view. Staff: very helpful. Easy access to the city center by shuttle bus. Affordable luxury. Recommended!! |

Great hillside location, with well appointed rooms and a pleasant, airy lounge/bar area. Courtesy bus was excellent and drivers very helpful. Found difficulty in controlling air conditioning in bedroom. |
