部屋も清潔で、値段相応、スタッフも気さくな方が多くて楽しく過ごせました。地下鉄にはまあまあ近いですが- 、アトーチャ駅から国鉄を利用しての旅行などにはとても便利な場所だと思います。 他の目的のために泊まったので私には良かったのですが、ショッピングなどはちょっと不便だと思います。空港- から直接地下鉄で行こうとしたら乗換えが多いので、大きな荷物の人には大変かもしれません（自分が大変でし- た）。 |

tcが使えました１００→９８ユーロですが、近くにsantander銀行があり、そこでも換金してもらえ- ました。atocha駅にも近く便利でした。なにより料金の割には大変満足しました |

We stayed two nights and the relation confort-price is excellent, if you take care to confirm over phone that you want one bed for two persons you will get it, really good price, comfortable room and bed and clean. Only problem are the walls, a bit slim and you can listen outside. Good location 5 minutes to metro Atocha, 3 metro stops to Sol (city center) |

This was the second time we stayed at Hotel Agumar. The hotel itself was nice and our room had 2 twin beds and a twin fold out bed. The hotel was quiet and clean. The location is a short 8 minute walk from the Madrid Atocha train station where the metro can also be caught. There were plenty of local stores and places to eat within a few minutes of the hotel. The large park just north of the Hotel had a fabulous rose garden in full bloom. We had a horrible sewer odor in our room when we got there. After bringing it to the attention of the hotel staff, a cleaning person came and srpayed some air freshener. The smell returned within 5 minutes. We complained again and they said they would send someone to look at it - we left and went out to eat. When we returned, the smell had finally been cleared. I am pretty sure the floor drain seal had evaporated and the sewer odor was coming from it. I believe they poored water down the floor drain to re-seal the trap. |

The concierge was helpful and friendly, and the lobby looks wonderfully grand. You have to pay for the internet, and I couldn't print off a bus ticket because I would have had to pay extra for the internet, and printer and whatnot. And for a 4* hotel for which I'm paying a fair amount - it isn't even in a good, useful location close to anywhere popular. |

The hotel is located close to the Atocha Train station. This makes it very convenient when you are taking the high speed train to other parts of Spain. The hotel is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room had a lovely small balcony facing the street El Paseo Reina Cristina. It was very quiet when the balcony door was closed. The hotel staff are excellent. On our departure date, they made arrangements for us and everything went very smootly. The restaurant/bar located within the hotel is quite expensive but there are much better options for dining/drinking only a short walk from the hotel. |

Good location, close to museums and delightful Retiro Park. Room and bathroom very clean. Not many cafes next hotel but short walk east gets you to Cafeteria Paris (very popular with locals). |

The staff were impolite and started banging and cleaning at 8AM in the morning. There was a hair in my bathroom which put me off. Food was awful. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the facilities were very well kept. The location made it easy to see many of the key sites of Madrid and it was very convenient to the metro and the train station. Highly recommend it. |

The proximity of the hotel to so many places of interest such as the Prado, Reina Sofia art galleries. Also, found it important to be near the metro station and the big station at Atocha for travelling outside the city. |

It's rather cheap and close to Renfe, which was really helpful. We also were able to leave our baggage in a baggage room for several hours after checking out free of charge. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were good and clean. A little bit away from the city center. Lack of good restraunts around. |
