場所はソル駅まで２個のとても便利なBILBAO駅とTRIBUNAL駅の中間地点。空港からもタクシーで- ２５ユーロで着きました。BILBAO駅に向かう通りには朝早くから夜遅くまでやっているスーパー（VIP- )があり、その中に有料インターネット、スターバックス、銀行のキャッシュディスペンサー、レストランなど- があり、イベリコハムやお水、あらゆるスペインのお土産や野菜、お醤油も買え、とても便利でした。そのスー- パーの２件BILBAO駅寄りにJASMINという中華料理のレストランがあり、そこの焼きそばがとても美- 味しく、ほぼランチはそこで済ませていました。安くてお店の方がとても親切です。ホテルは入口はわかりづら- いですが、とっっても清潔で広く、キッチンは充実し、館内にはエレベーターもあり、洗剤やタオル、アイロン- 、ドライヤー、DVD、TV、クーラー２機、洗濯機、コーヒーメーカーや紅茶、コーヒー、砂糖、塩コショウ- など、すべてそろっていました。タオルは大小２枚が一人用として用意されておりました。しかし、一番重要な- のはチェックインや備品の説明はすべて英語なので、英語が話せないと大変だと思います。しかし、スタッフの- 男性はとても親切で、タクシーの手配や、観光名所の説明もしてくれ、支払もクレジットカードでも現金でも両- 方可能でした。マドリッドに行ったらまたぜひ泊まりたいです 唯一、道路に面しているので夜中や早朝、ゴミの収集車の音がかなりうるさいので、眠りの浅い方だと起きてし- まうかも・・・ |

Only 20 minutes from the airport and right at the top end of the city. Quiet enough to sleep at night, yet convenient for all the shops and nightlife. |

Everything okay , room is very large and i cant even hear my friends sound when she was at the kitchen .. Better than i expect , furnitures are new , very close to metro stop (bilbao) .. Air conditionar was not working properly .. that was only the thing i wasn't satisfied . |

This was a beautiful appartment- spacious, clean, well- equipped and furnished. The area felt safe and it wasn't far to walk to the centre. I could not recommend this appartment highly enough. |

We were with three children. Excellent apartments. The personnel well speaks English. Have twice changed to us apartment, at first with two beds instead of double, then to the non-smoking. A quiet place. Free Wi-Fi. |

The apartment was near a metro station. Clean, modern decor and good kitchen facilities. An excellent organic bakery and cafe- lovely for breakfasts and evening meals. Located on an untidy, scruffy street. Lots of graffiti and rubbish bags etc.. |

The location is perfect for getting to know the city center, but the apartment is still quiet and relaxing. It would be nice to be able to get more towels, soap, etc. I would not recommend for a short budget-minded stay. |

The location was good and the apartment interior updated and clean. The apartment staff was friendly and very helpful. We got maps, tips, etc. It wasn't noisy at all (neither from the street nor the other apartments). I have to admit that when I got there I was really concern because the exerior (specially the entrance) did not look good at all. But the apartment interior was updated and clean. |

The apartment was clean and air-conditioned and close to public transportation. It was in a bit of a sketchy neighborhood, and one night another tenant tried to unlock our front door by mistake - not a nice way to wake up in the middle of the night!! Also, there were only twin beds, so we had to push two beds together, but the construction of the frames left us with about a 2 inch gap between beds. |

The proximaty to the centre of madrid with the main shopping street approx 8 mins away. No receptionists on Sundays, had to wait 20 mins to get in. |

Cleanliness of apartment, hotel staff was friendly. There was a binder for us with important information, city information, tourist information. I thought that was very helpful. We were under the impression that we were getting 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. We were travelling as 2 couples. We were disappointed when we found out that there was only one bedroom with a bed large enough for 2 people and the other room had a small bed big enough for 1 person. |

Everything was great at Apodaca Apartments. The girl at the reception was very friendly, helpful and kind. Our apartment was exactly as expected, full-furnished, and with everything we could need during our vacations in Madrid. The location was the greatest...near to the shopping center and to many bars at the same time. Couldn't expect sth better than this. |

We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed being in the heart of the city. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Be sure to call the apartment staff an hour before you arrive to be sure someone is there to greet you. |

location, staff. design of the apartment, comfort 1. the noise and parties at some apartments during nights, when no one from the office is there so you have to suffer or to deal with it yourself 2. no television in English besides CNN and sports 3. Cleanning only once a week. I think a service should be offered for extra payment. |

The apartments are very modern, well equipped and tip top clean. People who run them were very nice, spoke fluent English and offered to keep our luggage after check out. The location is very good: central, close to metro and there are enough shops and restaurants around. The price we got would be hard to beat too. We booked two apartments with two double rooms each, turned out each apartment had one double, one single and a retractable sofa in the living room that could serve as a double bed. It wasn't a problem for us though. |

I liked the location of the apartments,close to nice restaurants, bars shops and the metro. It was ideal for a large group. We had 2 apartments, which where bright, spacious and very comfertable. |

I like the space in the apodaca apartment....and the decoration.. I.....I was sure the Apodaca Apartment had a Bathroom....to take a bath....but Unfortunatly not....... Only shower.... |
