部屋の広さ、アメニティ、清潔さ、スタッフのホスピタリティ、全てにおいて満足でした。場所柄ホテル周辺は- 若干騒がしいですが、二重窓になっておりさほど気にはなりません。再びマドリッドに滞在する際には是非とも- また利用したいです。 洗濯機のマニュアルが見当たらず、少し苦労した。 |

スタッフの方が英語が不自由でしたが、本当に丁寧に対応していただきました。地下鉄駅から非常に近く、近辺- に飲食店、コンビニもあるので、大変便利でした。 ソファーベッドが少し小さめでした。 |

ホテルの位置はグランビア通りまで徒歩1分程の近さで、ショッピングに出かけるには最高の位置にありました- 。また、王宮、プラド美術館、スペイン広場などの主な観光地や日本食レストランも徒歩圏内にあり、大変便利- でした。ホテルの御主人も大変親切な方で、飛行機のトランジットで荷物が届かなかったことをお話したら、空- 港へ快く連絡して下さり、2日後にはホテル側で受け取って、私達の部屋に届けてくださいました。ここに４泊- して良かったです。 |

Clean, comfortable, fantastic location. Even though language was a challenge, it didn't make the staff any less friendly and willing to accommodate. Great stay! |

The manager, Juan, is charming and could not be more helpful and accommodating. My basic Spanish helped. The location and area are good, close to famous sights (Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor to name but a few). Metro less than one minute away. Lovely standard of accommodation, I hope to return some time. As a female travelling alone I felt perfectly safe although the precinct around the nearby Metro is frequented by prostitutes waiting for clients. Not really a problem, just keep walking. |

Convenient appartment in excellent central location for walking city tours - lift was excellent for getting our baby car upstairs. Metro 100m away in case of longer rides needed. Well organized an friendly hosts (Juan, thanks for the fine wine!), free internet including printer for quick travel updates. Nothing missing that I expect for <100€ per night in a capital city. Coffee bar, deli and restaurants in 50m walking distance. Chicken-hearted guests may be confused by several prostitutes waiting for customers up the road in the pedestrian area. We didn`t feel unsafe at all even when arriving at night with our buggy. Hey, we are in Europe and prostitution is a fact! Lonesome travellers may, well, ......... :-) |

Everything is new and clean in the apartment. Big apartment with a living room and bed room Location is excellent, close to grand via, Pl del sol, Pl st anna. Cerveseria/Cafe with great breakfast and cheep one attached to the hotel. Great restaurant and not expensive upper in the street name is something de la Montera The reception is not always populated |

Location: Excellent, only 50 metres from Gran Via Metro station. Owner: Excellent, Juan is more like a host with his very welcoming and helpful manner. Apartment facilities: Excellent, the kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and there is a good basement supermarket situated in El Cortes Ingles at Puerta de Sol - Tip: Try Cerveceria 100 Montaditos around the corner on the pedestrianised Calle de la Montera, which provides great value food and drink. My wife found the beds too firm, but I was fine. All down to personal taste. |

good central location, plus comfort, cleanliness, and surprisingly quite! This apartment offers what it advertises- nice accommodations for the price! This is the third summer I've spent in Madrid and by far the best place I've stayed! Enjoyed my stay tremendously! |

The manager was very friendly. The kitchen with clothes washer was very handy and there were plenty of stores to buy food. The bathroom was updated and spacious. The apartment was quiet and very conveniently located. |

Very central location, nice studio with all necessary equipment (including iron, hair drier, kitchenware, etc.), very clean, friendly staff. As the hotel is very central it also means that it is on a pretty noisy street, so it is good for people who do not plan to spend a lot of time in their hotel room and who prefer to stay out late at night. |

location; cleanliness noise inside, moving chairs is very noisy for downstairs neighbor. Put some cushion under chairs. You can hear upstairs guest talk. One towel per person per day would be nice. Bed is small en hard. |

Central location; amenities provided; Contrary to some comments, streets can be noisy. Although it might be because of Labor Day long weekend lots of street activity thru 4 a,m. |

Great location to explore Madrid. Juan Garcia is very helpful and friendly.Very secure and well equipped apartments. Although the apartments are double glazed you can still hear some street noise, but then you are in the centre of Madrid. |

Very nice and large apartment. Good location in the city center. You can reach most of the interesting places in Madrid just walking or in a couple of metro stops (metro is very close). Ideal place if you travel with a little child. We also had a cot and a highchair for free. |

The apartments are in a quiet street just off Gran Via and could not be more central. The bedroom was very very quiet. Everything worked. Nothing. I am in Madrid very frequently and will use this hotel again. |
