The location was fabulous, in an upscale shopping and residential district (Salamanca), which is quite central but a lot better than downtown. Furthermore, it had convenient metro (subway) access a few meters away from the main entrance, with easy access everywhere including the airport. The hotel room was quite comfortable and stylishly decorated with modern elegance and simplicity. Yet the best of it was the stunningly spacious bathroom, with an absolutely magnificent flair and including a lot of useful amenities (including dental and shaving kits). The reception staff had a very courteous and efficient attitude. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay, despite the minor issues reported below. Even though the bathroom was magnificent and spacious, the bedroom itself lacked enough space between the beds and the furniture in front of it (even for a slender person like me). Maybe next time I'll be lucky enough to get a bigger bedroom not placed in a back corner and hopefully with a view. This time I just didn't care as I had better things to do than stay in my room. The reception hall was merely a corridor coming from outside and the counter was itself rather modest. Anyway, this hotel is surely worth my vehement recommendation. |

location was really good and rooms were clean do it yourself hotel ! there was no concierge , no one to take care of your luggage , no one to call a taxi, you should do all by yourself. the walls are so thin early mornings its impossible to sleep due to noise from corridor and neighboring rooms. breakfast is average. |

Quick and efficient check-in and check-out. They had a offer on while I was there for breakfast (7 Euros and lots of choice) Very close to metro stop. Easy to reach Atocha station too. Free internet, signal didn't drop either. Room was very quiet - on the 9th floor. |

Lo que se enrolló la de recepción dándonos una habitación exterior sin pedírsela porque nos habían asignado una interior pero quedaba esa libre. La situación también estupenda La recepción es un poco fea y pequeña pero luego las habitaciones están muy bien |
