市内中心からは少し離れているが、地下鉄の駅の真上にあるので、移動には便利。 英語の問題もあると思われるが、レセプションの応対が横柄で、気分を害した。また、４つ星ホテルの割には施- 設は古く、良くない。 |

空港からも近い。タクシーで２０ユーロほど。翌日チャマルティン駅から地方へ向かうには申し分ない立地。毎- 回利用したい。 歯ブラシがなかった。 |

立地は鉄道、メトロのChamartin駅からつながっていてとても便利です。アトーチャへはメトロで30- 分程度です。空港からもメトロで行けます（一回乗り換え）。駅には警官もいるので、付近は電車が動いている- 時間は安全かと思います。部屋は全室にバスタブがあるとのことで疲れを癒せます。空調は少しうるさいですが- ちゃんと効きます。朝食も豊富なパンの種類など楽しめました。ホテルスタッフは頼めばフラメンコの予約など- もやってくれ、英語もそれほど問題ありませんでした。値段を考えるととても満足です。 |

The location is very convenient to those coming to Madrid with a train and it is well situated with the metro station. For some reason I got a better room than I expected for my stay for the price I paid and I don't have any complaints at all. |

Hotel is just outside the metro exit!! The room was very clean and we slept quite well. The value for the money we payed was excelent!! The only thing we didn't like so much was that the hotel is a bit far from the city center by metro. It is about 25 min ride each time you want to go there. However we did not mind that and we would definetly go there again. |

Tranquility, comfort and easyness for travel from Madrid (rail station) to other points of Spain and abroad. It's not use to pay the room price before living at it. You should revise this kind of politics. Few hotels in the world do so. |

The easyness to reach the town centre either by train and or by car Yes! When booking,we were told you had free computer connection,but on the three occasions my family and I stayed at your hotel, these services were always not available as they were broken down everytime.This in a period of 6 weeks in the different stays. But we could pay so much per minute as this was always available. You gave us misleading information and that is not correct. |

Price, location and the room itself were all excellent. Situated inside the station concourse so transport not a problem, excellent value, rooms themselves are a shade ancient but huge, quiet and clean. Couldn't work out how the heating worked. Getting anywhere apart from the train station on foot would be difficult. But for an overnight stay in Madrid, it's ideal. |

I found the Husa Charmartin a comfortable and well located for doing the sights of Madrid. As it was also a business trip for me it offered the facilities I was looking for as well as being easy access to the office I was in. |

The hotel personnel were extremely, the rooms were fabulous (I was allocated a suite during my stay!) And I also appreciated the proximity to the train station. |

It is very good access to Chamartin Station. Internet was smooth and was "free of charge". Reasonable Pricing. Wall was thin and is noisy by the voices and TV from next door. |

I was very close to train station which you can take a trip to town and that was so clean and modern- There are some restaurant just few steps from hotel and grocery store and pharmacy. The reception was very slow and you have to wait 10-20 minutes to get respond but they really try to help you to find a location and how to get the train. and their pool is too small to swim. |

The room was nice and clean with comfortable bed. I liked complimentary apples, oranges and a bottle of mineral water, as I was arriving very late and there was no way to get something to eat. It is located a bit far from the city center |
