Eurostars Madrid Tower

モダンなデザインホテルでした。高層階からのビュー、室内のデザイン、清潔さ、質の良いマットレスとても快- 適な宿泊ができました。

デザインを重視ししすぎで機能性にかけていると思いました。　シャワーキャビネットから水がバスルームに漏れてきました。　ドアノブがとても鋭利でにぎるのに手が痛かったです。　スパはエキストラ金額が必要で１時間２９ユーロととても高額に感じました。ホテルの周りは何もありません。- 食事は市内ですませる事お勧めいたします。

The staff were very polite and attentive and the hotel clean and modern

As you would expect froma 5 star hotel, the food and drink was very expensive. The hotel is situated some 25 minutes by Metro from the city centre, although the Metro was only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was modern, clean & tidy, however a few annoying features such as not being able to out the lights on in the bathroom without putting the lights on in the room. i had to have the door key re-programmed 4 times as it would not let me into the room and the drains in the shower were very smelly.

I received a room on a very high floor and the views were astonishing.I travel very often to Madrid and I would say this hotel has one of the most beautiful views on the Mountains. The Hotel restauratn though expensive is marvellous for a romantic dinner or also a business dinner.

Everything was excellent, with the exception that -according to my idea of a 5 star hotel- there were not enough people at reception, so I had to wait a few minutes; but thats ok, even hotels have "Rush hourts"

Breakfast super! Near train station. In 10 minutes you are in centre Madrid

Breafast on the 30th floor is amazing because of quality of food and landscape of Madrid.

The lightr's control a little bit complicate.

everything was really good and I will be back for sure: I visit Madrid for business at least twice a month

all the staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite

i found it difficult to get to the hotel by car.. even though i could see it, it was hard to negotiate madrid's traffic etc. and get in the correct lane to arrive at the hotel entrance.. we told them and they suggested that phoning and speaking to them for specific directions would have been easiest..

Very good hotel, the silence in the rooms is great, the overall is impecable. Close to taxi and subway

They didn't have VoD and iptv at the room, tv was bad

Beautiful hotel and architecture is amazing. Great showerhead with multiple jets.

For a hotel of this quality the airconditioning was very poor in that it was so loud we couldnt sleep. We requested to have it adjusted, but the technician was unable to fix it. We tried turning it off, but it automatically turned itself back on again. The cost of breakfast was exorbitent at 25 Euros per person. A hotel of this quality and size should have more than one restaurant, maybe a less formal one or a cafe. Quite a distance from centre of town. Need to use Metro, but station not far from hotel.

Fantastic hotel, all the comfort included. We really liked it

The parking is quite expensive (24 euro per night if I remember exactly) but you can park behind the hotel for free close to the garden...the center of the city is more or less 3 km far but to find a taxi is very easy because they are always parked in front of the hotel (cost around 15 euro to arrive in the city)

El diseño del hotel es estupendo. La habitación y cuarto de baño muy confortables y modernos. Poder ver Madrid de tan alto es una sensación muy buena y inolvidable. El precio del aparcamiento es un poco caro: 24 euros.
