世界的に見てマドリッドの料金は安いのか？料金のい割にはバスルーム、部屋の広さ、清潔感等においてよかっ- た。古い石作りのいわゆるヨーロッパスタイルを求めるならここは不向きです。適切な料金と快適な宿泊、スタ- ッフのヘルプ、地下鉄駅へのアクセスはよく、徒歩でも観光スポットにアクセスできる良いホテルと思います。-

従業員の人は英語も通じてとても親切でよかった。部屋のセーフティーボックスもしっかりしていて安心。ただ- しアメニティーにシャンプーとリンス、髭剃りはないので持参したほうが良い。

値段の割には部屋が広く、騒音も無かった。お湯の出も良かった。

駅から結構歩く。中心街に移動するにもメトロでなければ大変。朝食は値段の割には質が悪くて非常に脂っこく- 、またカップに口紅がついていたのにはげんなりした。

冷蔵庫がないのにはびっくりしました。また、道案内も大変不案内。荷物の預かりも1日を越えるのはどんな大- きさでもFlattly Noというのには驚きました。

no food after 11pm. not even a minibar. i was starving all night as i arrived just after 11pm. nothing around either to eat.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The people was friendly and I had everything I wanted. Breakfast is ok unless the room is too crowded (which happened only one day in my case but it was an exception a big group which came in over the night). The location of the hotel is very good: 2minutes walk from the metro station or a stop of the touristic bus (red line). Also you can find shops and restaurants very close if you need something quickly.

Great position for Madrid activities and the Metro. V pleasant, clean, helpful staff.

A comfortable hotel with easy of access to the main city centre shopping and tourist attractions. The rooms were non smoking, ie didn't smell of cigarette smoke and you could open the window. Internet access worked well and the hotel staff were very helpful.

this hotel was good value for money. it was very central to shopping an bars and restaurants. we had no problems and it is so close to metro.

They could do with tea an coffee making facilities in the room
