The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and friendly The windows did not cut out the street noise very much but it was an old building so this is too be expected |

It's located in the absolute centre of Madrid on the Grand Via which is the main road in the city. It's a small hostel on the 5th floor of a large building. Room and bathroom where quite spacious and clean, there was not a lot of noice during the night and because the owner locks down the door of the hostel it's safe as well. Staff is very friendly and metro is 3 min walking Maybe the staff didn't spoke that much English |

The location is very good, and the staff are nice even we checked in at 1 am. The room is a little noisy and the hotel did not accept credit card. |

. L hotel est en travaux, des ouvriers gratent la porte de la chambre pendant que l on dort pour arracher de la tapiserie.residue de platre dans la chambre, veritable chantier dans l hotel et meme le week end. Beaucoup de bruit dus aux travaux.vetustes extreme de la salle de bain.Rideau de douche troue et pourri de moisissure. Salle de bain des annees 50.Cafards.tv sans telecommande etc... |

esperienza pessima questo è il museo: della sporcizia, del degrado, della maleducazione, della diffidenza, da non consigliare neppure al peggiore dei nemici mi meraviglia che Booking.com abbia inserito questa struttura nel suo catalogo il zozzume non ha giustificazioni di nessun genere!! |

Hôtel très bien situé sur la Gran Via. Hôtel très ancien dont on sent que rien n'a été rénové depuis de nombreuses années. Manque d'isolation phonique et aménagement très sommaire. Malgré notre demande préalable, la chambre réservée était plus bruyante près de la réception et de la rue principale. ( Plus porte de la chambre est vitrée, ce qui n'est pas terrible pour l'isolation et l'intimité). Par contre nous avons eu une autre chambre |

La relación calidad-precio y que es totalmente centrico. Que por las mañanas entra luz en la habitación, al no poder bajar del todo la persiana. |

Très propre, bien situé Penser à demander une chambre sur le patio intérieur (ce qui était notre cas)...en effet, l'hotel est sur la Gran via, une des artères principales de la ville, donc si la chambre donne sur la rue, je pense qu'on ne doit pas beaucoup dormir... |
