中心部にあり地下鉄駅のすぐ傍で大変便利です。マヨール広場にも近く毎日楽しめました。 与えられた部屋がちょっと狭くて、窮屈感があった。 |

とにかく王宮、エルコルテイングレなどのショッピングモール、地下鉄の駅全てにおいて近いので便利なのに、- 部屋は歩行者道路に面しているので静かです。部屋もきれいで証明も明るいし、朝食も私は十分なレベルだと思- いました。値段はやはりヨーロッパなのでものすごいお得とは思えませんが、物価水準を考えるとコストパフォ- ーマンスはいいと思います。 悪いというか、今回は１人だったので部屋の広さは十分だと感じましたが、２人だと狭いと思います。 |

何といってもロケーションが素晴らしいです。メトロのCallaoの駅からすぐで、遅くにメトロで帰ってき- ても不安を感じない距離でした。 リフォームされているのですが、やはり水回りなどは古さを感じました。洗面所など床がきしみます。同行者が- 体調不良で寝込んでなければ気にならなかったかもしれませんが。 |

場所がメトロ駅の目の前、向かいもレストランで人通りがあるので安心だと思った。内部は新しく清潔。朝食は- 生ハムを中心にとても美味しい。フラメンコのカフェ・チニータに徒歩数分でいけるので便利だった。スタッフ- も親切。機会があれば次回もここにする。 最初に部屋に入ったとき、室内の金庫がロックされたままで開かず、係りの人を呼ぶ必要があった。すぐに来て- 対応してくれたので問題はなかったが。 |

フロントのサービスが素晴らしかった。前日まで、バルセロナのウサバルセロナという、最悪のホテルに泊まっ- ていた事もあって、ここの４星ホテルに滞在して癒された。買い物、観光にもとても便利で、観光の相談にも、- 時刻表をプリントアウトしてくれたり、ホテルから出て道を案内してくれたりと、痒いところに手が届くサービ- スであった。治安もよく、夜も静かで、もちろん水周りも何の問題も無かった。冷蔵庫の飲み物はフリーで、ホ- テルのレストランのサービスも味もも良かった。マドリッドに行かれる方に、是非このホテルを推薦したい。来- 年もう一度訪れる予定だ。 |

ロケーションは最高に便利で、駅からも近く使いやすかったです。英語もそれなりに通じたので、コストパフォ- ーマンスは高いと思います。 日本人的には、お湯を沸かすポットが欲しい。今時ビジネスホテルでさえ備えているので、是非改善して欲しい- 。その他は十分満足でした。 |

ホテル内はとても清潔で快適でした。無料のミニバーもありがたかったです。王宮に近く、繁華街のグランビア- 通りに至近でアクセスもよいです。ソル駅等の主要駅までも徒歩圏内で、アトーチャ駅まではタクシーで7ユー- ロほど。 2階だったのですが、バルコニーの下がごみ収集所だったことから窓を開けるとにおいが入ってきたのと、近隣- のBARが時間問わずビンごみを捨てに来るので騒々しかったです(これはスペインの市内ホテルの多くに言え- ることですが)。また繁華街なので夜中までざわざわとしていましたが、これもスペインの文化だから仕方ない- といえば仕方ないですね。 |

Unfortunately during my stay there were road works that partially closed the way of access to the hotel. They'd rather slightly reduce the fare in this period trying to counterbalance the possible guests' disease. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location in downtown Madrid. Close to shopping, restaurants and businesses. Easy Metro access. No workout facility. |

The location is great walking distance to all the main sites also nice places to go out around hotel and the hotel staff is great i would reccomend this hotel after the renouvation of the road in front is done warning to all travelers there are works on the street in front of the hotel @@@ it is not pleasnt and it is just in front of the breakfast room @@ I would expect a site like booking.com and also the hotel to be fair and to explain this before i make my reservation i was very disapointed @@ |

Quiet and neat to everything The superior room is extremely small, Jacuzzi is not Jacuzzi , the king bed was two bad put together. For the price of superior room I am very disappointed, was not what we expected. Too small, and nothing special. If I know that the room is like this I will not chose it, or I will go in normal room but pay more than 1000 Euro really is not the value of that room |

The staff were terrific and helpful. The room was very modern with many amenities. The location was simply perfect for a quick getaway weekend with easy access to the entire city. The only negative that I had about my stay at the hotel was that the rooms was tiny in the traditional European way -- hardly room to walk around the bed. |

Location was excellent for access to many key sights. Very close to Puerto del Sol and Plaza Mayor with many streets lined with good restaurants and pubs. Even though there was construction on front street, our rooms were sound-proof. The front desk staff were excellent in regard to assisting in bookings and for information. The breakfast buffet was excellent. This was a very good valued hotel in a great location with excellent staff. There was not anything not to like. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. Tapas restuarant very good, main restuarant very expensive and food portion large - we did not feel it was value for money. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. |

Layout very accommodating for a renovated European hotel. Beautiful bathroom with shower doors, jacuzzi, ample storage and very comfortable beds. The room was quiet and nicely furnished; did not feel modern "chic"; in other words, did not feel cheaply furnished. I wish it was closer to the museums.... |

The location was perfect, the fact that they accommodate our 5 years old daughter with no extra charge, the supplies at the bathroom are more than perfect The constructions and the fixes around the hotel we should be informed about this, the tv channels are almost in spanish prefer if they have many other options |
