Hostal Madrid

レセプションの方々もとても感じがよく、こちらのリクエストなどちゃんと丁寧に対応してくれました。部屋も- 思っていたより、清潔でとても快適でした。個人的にはこのHostalが入っているビルが古いヨーロッパ映- 画に出てきそうな、木の螺旋階段や手動扉のエレベーターなど、日本にない雰囲気も味わえてよかったです。こ- のビルの管理人（？）のおじさんが毎日１階にいて、このおじさんがこれまた、いい人で、いつも笑顔で送り出- し、そして迎えてくれます。

水道管の音がかなり大きく、隣の部屋でシャワーを使うとその音がすごいです。寝ていると目が覚めるほど！

good location. good price. shower and toilet were clean. bed sheets as well.

thin walls indeed. not a problem when you are tired, high (etc.) enough.

Easy to find. Slap bang in the middle of Madrid's old section. All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room and bathroom comfortable. Lockable safe in the room 1 euro each time. It's an old old building with lovely old wooden staircase.

Loved the accommodations and the location.

This may be a plus for those traveling without children- there is a 25Euro surcharge if you have a child under 2 years of age. We had to pay for our 9 month year old for each night we were there- which nullified this place as a great value for us.

Perfect location within walking distance a few metro stops to main tourist sites

Right in the city centre on a busy street - a bit noisy

All staffs are very helpful and speaking English well. Very close from the center but safe. Wifi is free! I recommend to stay here in the weekend, you don't need to care of the way back to the hotel even in the midnight!

They provide us only 1 towel a day...

I loved the location of this hostal! It was close to everything and found it easy to get around!

Try to request a room away from reception. It was pretty loud as people entered and exited. Not terrible, but could have been quieter!

Central position for budget price and late check in was hassle free

The location, between Sol and Plaza Mayor, is great.

We stayed right next to the reception desk, so it was noisy in the morning. The staff apparently includes a baby. We also got a phone call a half an hour before check out telling us to leave immediately.

Super central, relationship between price/quality above expectations .Rooms better than a 3 stars hotel. And better than other hostals of Madrid which I stayed.

Llegamos un día después de la fecha reservada, habían ocupado la habitación reservada pero resolvieron el problema dándonos un departamento completo que por supuesto fue más cómodo. Pagamos una pequeña cantidad adicional.
