管理人の方はとても親切です。また、カードキーで自由に部屋に出入りできること、建物自体にもその鍵で出入- りできるのは、気楽ですし、面白いシステムだと感じました。

フロントが０階にないため、初めは少し戸惑うかもしれません。また、１階のフロント近くの部屋に当たると、- 真夜中までフロントで騒ぐ声が筒抜けなので、安眠は難しいです。

The rooms were very clean and secure. The staff was helpful, although not bi-lingual. The location was excellent.

The shower was very, very small.

It is very near to the metro station Opera. In additon, it is within walking distance to Puerta del Sol.

The reception is on floor 1 and hence you need to take a lift to get to the reception from the ground floor.

The staff were helpful. They didn't speak English, but made a good effort to understand our fractured Spanish.

We had a second floor room overlooking the street. Both nights (Wednesday and Thursday), the whooping and yelling from Calle del Arenal continued until two in the morning and then began again around 6 AM. The AC had been shut down for the fall, even though the room was still quite warm. But with all the noise, we couldn't open the window to take advantage of the cool night air. Even with the windows closed, it was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Good Value, well appointed, central location, helpful staff

Great location right off Metro Opera (look up when exiting station and see the hotel sign right in front) and on a pedestrianised street with many shops and fast-food outlets, and El Corte Inglés (with its supermarket) nearby. Not all staff speak English, but they are friendly and eager to help. Free WiFi in room works great for me. Room was small but very clean and adequately furnished. (But be careful when using the in-room safe, cuz every time you open it, you have to put in another 1 Euro coin to lock it again.) Overall, the best value I had had in my month-long travel around Spain.

Very thin walls, could hear everything from loud neighbouring guests. Occasional sewage smell from the toilet located just down the corridor was unpleasant.
