It is a nice and clean hotel; perfect for a business trip to Madrid. It is conveniently accessible with close proximity to the Barajas-airport (25 mins by taxi) and 10 mins walk to the nearest metro-station Pinar de Chamartin. |

The suites were excellent. I moved suites 3 times during my stay due toi chnages in my travel plans. Each had a kitchenette, living room bedroom and bathroom.At approx 50 euro per night, this was excelletn value for money. The staff were not always very helpful. I think though that this was mostly due to their level of English. Alos, I would not recommend the adjoining restaurant. Myself and my colleague both got food poisoning from the Tuna! |

zona tranquila la habitacion que me dieron era muy muy pequeña, con vistas a la escalera de incendios, el baño minusculo, casi imposible hacer uso de el. sin contar que en el baño había un papel tirado (de esos que ponen en los wc para indicar q estan limpios) cuando llegué.el aire acondicionado no calentaba la habitacion y las camas muy estrechas. |

Es bonito, bien decorado. Calefactores de adorno, el calor sale por aire y hace ruido. Son muy rácanos con el jabón(1 botellita de gel para dos personas, dos noches). No hay servicio de habitaciones. |

Instalaciones muy nuevas y buena decoración, diseño moderno. Buena situación cercano a boca de metro, barrio tranquilo con sitio para aparcar. La habitación era grande, tipo suite, con cocina y pantalla de plasma. Todo estuvo bien, aunque el sistema de calefacción por aire no funcionaba del todo bien. |
