ツインの１人使用だったので、部屋も広く快適であった。食事もおいしい。 目覚まし時計がなかった。湯沸かし器がなく、コーヒーメーカーしかなかったので、熱いお湯が飲めなかった。- |

ホテルはやや閑静な場所にあり、マドリッドの中心部に比べて比較的安全であった。triple roomを利用したが部屋は広く、清潔で快適であった。1つのベッドはsofa bedでやや狭かったこと以外は問題なかった。他のReviewのとおり、朝食がよかった。 |

受付の方がとても親切でした。朝食も豪華で美味しかったです。小さい子供を連れての宿泊だったのでお部屋が- 広くて助かりました。レストランのイベリコ豚の生ハムがとても美味しかったです。次回マドリッドに宿泊する- 際もぜひ利用させてもらいたいです。 |

こじんまりした居心地の良い、感じの良いホテルである。ロケーションは街の中心の高級住宅地に在り、繁華街- や郊外の観光地へのアクセスもバツグン。 壁や床の問題から夜遅く周りが静まってから、隣室の声や足音が煩かった。 |

確かに部屋は広いしドリンクもフリーで悪くは無いんだけど、個性が無くてまったく印象に残らない。スタッフ- の愛想が特別良かったわけでもないし、まぁまぁでしょう。マドリッドならもっと良い宿があるのでは。 |

たまに、隣の部屋の音がかなりはっきりと聞こえてくることがありましたが、部屋は広く快適で、ミニキッチン- もついているので（包丁はありませんが、他の食器などはそろっていました）毎食外に食べにいかずにすみ、気- 楽にすごせました。とりたてて大きな設備のない、こじんまりとしたほてるですが、個人旅行者や子供づれには- お勧めだと思います。フロントの方が、英語が堪能なので、英語でのコミュニケーションが可能です。 |

This hotel was in a very good location for shopping, metro and bus access, and for visiting the museums and Retiro Park. The staff was helpful and the room comfortable. It was a little stuffy in the room. Overall, we were very pleased with our choice. Just that the room was stuffy because there was no fan or ventilation. |

Excellent location, easy to get to everywhere. Stayed with my two children so it was good to have Retiro Park next door. The breakfast is excellent and having cooking facilities in the room is a huge plus. |

We were very happy with the service we received. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the restaurant was very good. The location was excellent. We loved being only a couple blocks from Retiro Park. |

Pleasant and quiet hotel. Centrally located. Smoking in tolerated in the bar, which opens directly onto reception. Cigarette smoke is the first smell that greets you when you walk in to the hotel, and because of the location of the stairs it permeates most of the floors. Not pleasant. |

I have been traveling to Madrid for some years and, unless they are full, I always stay at Jardin de Recoletos. The staff are always friendly and polite, the rooms with their kitchenette en-suite are a good size and quiet, the garden is lovely for dinner in the summer and the location is great for any reason to be visiting Madrid. |

Excellent location. Courteous staff. Very quiet rooms. Although it was autumn, some days were warm but there was no option to switch on the air conditioning. It was either heating or nothing. I find that strange in a hotel of this standard. |

Really helpful staff. Very efficient and attentive to needs of guests. Great breakfast. The location is very good, just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle but in comfortable walking distance to most things. Very close to the wonderful park Retiro. At first I was concerned about all the construction work nearby but soon discovered that work is taking place all over Madrid and the hotel, in fact, was a quiet retreat from it all. It's also well sound proofed. |

Location, polite and helpfull recertionistes, exelent location of the restoran [lowely garden], quate comfortable room, very good breakfast. Bad meal in the evening in the restoran, for wich, I suspect, we were owercharged by Philippine water. Than, we payed room for 48 h. but stayed 24.We were refused to stay extra 6 h, wating our fly. |
