Petit Palace Mayor Plaza

Mayour広場のすぐ近くなので、どこに行くのも徒歩圏内。スタッフも感じが良かった。部屋にはノートパ- ソコンがついていて、インターネットも無料でした。

トイレの便座が汚れていたのが残念。バスタブがないのも日本人にとってはマイナスポイント。

スタッフがとても親切でした。無料のPCが部屋にあり、便利でした。

エアコンが効かず、寝苦しかった。

The location was good in relation to major sights in Madrid. No need for metro or taxi as all within walking distance. The internet access in the room was excellent. The left luggage room was secure and convenient.

The website states air conditioning in every room. The air conditioning in our room worked for 2 hours then turned off for the remained of the visit. When we asked hotel staff about this we were told "its off, open a window if your warm". Not good enough. We were forced to sleep with the window open as a result of this. The noise from the street was terrible- traffic, singing, shouting, etc leading to poor sleep. We booked a triple room though clearly we received a twin room with an extra bed shoved in at the window. To get out of the bed one person had to climb down their bed as there was literally no space between beds. The bathroom door is quite see through which is crazy for a group room.

The design, the computer in the roon, the shower, the mattrass , the location and the staff.

Very small room. Could not use Hydro Shower because the jets spurted water all over the bathroom

The hotel location - right in the heart of Madrid - and the hotel indoors design.

Location was very central and close to major city attractions. Having a laptop with Internet access in the room was very convenient.

1- Hotel staff were very friendly but not experienced enough: very limited knowledge about touristic attractions, places for dinner, time to get to the airport,... etc.; 2- Overall hotel security is not reassuring- As you walk in the hotel, you do not get to see any of the hotel staff since the reception is situated far away from the main hotel entrance; 3- No one to help you take your luggage to the room; 4- Carpet in the room full of strains

Room carpeting was very bad and requires replacement. Lighting in room also not up to the mark.

Perfect positioning with the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Palacio Real all within a gentle strolling distance.

The carpet in the room was not clean, not very good breakfast

Great staff, excellent location.

General cleanliness of the carpet and walls. They didn't seem to want to replace the soap or towels either. The hotel seemed more like a 3 star than 4 star to me.

The hotel was very well located, very close to Mayor Plaza and to metro station "sol". Rooms were new and provided with a free laptop.
