The roof terrace/lounge ; the design of the rooms (lights, larg windows); the view (we had a 7th floor room) ; location (in the city centre)

there was a certain feeling of old-and-not-so-often-refurbished - nothing specific though ; no vegetables for breakfast (not even tomatoes)

Pro: convenient location, friendly English speaking staff, cool room with modern furniture and equipment. Con: a bit lousy finish in interior, stay while it's still new.

Didn't like that the sink/bath/toilet area where so close to the bed and encased in glass. There was no privacy. The lighting in the room wasn't good (it was very gloomy around the mirror area) and as I was given a room with a small window looking out onto a central well there was little natural light. The safe wasn't safe at all as I could very easily lift it (I am a 5' 3" female).

I liked the location of the hotel and certain staff were very helpful and friendly, but not consistent with all staff. The junior suite is a nice size corner room. The style and furnishings were very trendy and comfortable.

After check-in, we found our room to be very dirty; everything from the floor and linens to the bathroom. We asked for another room which the staff accomodated after much negotiation along with an upgrade. This room was very comfortable and a lot cleaner. You won't find an iron at this property. Probably won't stay here again.

Hotel bien situado. Habitación con mucha luz natural. Desayuno, aceptable. Wifi, bueno.

Habitación sólo para dormir. El hotel no es práctico para viajeros por motivo de trabajo. La habitación carece de una mesa donde poder trabajar, de la luz adecuada y, sobre todo, de una silla donde poder sentarse. La puerta de la ducha no cerraba, por lo que el agua se salía y encharcaba el cuarto de baño, avisado el primer día el personal del hotel, no dieron solución hasta la última noche, de cuatro. La habitación carecía de luz adecuada para poder leer en la cama, único sitio donde se podía tener la espalda apoyada. Se quiere dar apariencia de diseño a lo que no es más que carencia de instalaciones y mantenimiento. En definitiva, estancia incómoda. Defraudado. No volveré a repetir en esta cadena.

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel, mais peut etre manque t il un responsable vraiment présent. La presence d'une cendre de cigarette entre l'entresol et le premier étage, en plein milieu d'une marche, pendant les 6 jours de notre présence. Il manque un management.
