セキュリティボックスが部屋の鍵（カードタイプ）を使うタイプで使いやすかったが、暗証番号を入力するセキ- ュリティボックスの方が安心感がある。

空港までの送迎サービスがAM6:00～で利用できなかった。

Loved this hotel. Great location. Could walk to most major sites. Close to Metro. Great art in lobby and hallways. Tastefully decorated rooms. Would stay again. Good value for money.

Room was a little small. Room too hot, could not adjust thermostat.

1-Close to metro 2- Few steps to down town 3- Close to shopping area 4- Surrounded by many restaurants and bars 5- Nice music systems at rooms also TV channels.

1- Rooms are so small 2- Daily works down in streets since early morning 3- Windows are not so tight or outdoor sealed.

Two things myght be better: 1) there should be free internet available in the rooms, 2) the price of the garage is very expensive (this is important for those who are travelling by car, as we did).

The location

I made the reservation as a last minute deal, the day before arrival. They called me during the morning of the day when we were arriving saying there was problem with the card and they were going to move us to another hotel. I told them I would not be moved since I had a confirmation of the reservation and that there was not any problem with the card. The woman of the phone said that in that case we would talk when I arrived. Upon the arrival I told the staff what happened and the person who had made the call apparently wasn’t there and they did not acknowledged any problem whatsoever. However, the whole thing was very strange and although recognizing I was right they didn’t even apologize.

Hotel is very convenient for access to Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, and to Metro for access to most of rest of Madrid. Room was small but very confortable.

Staff did not remind me to submit Best Western Crown Club card for points/miles.If possible, please take care of thisGold, Member number is 600663 7 143530343 . We stayed 3 nights.

the room was a tiny box room, the curtains were filthy, there was a huge crack running down one wall with peeling paint. The bathroom decor looked like it dated from the '70s with broken tiles on the floor, and one night the bed headboard fell off the wall. Not a 4 star hotel

style of the room, very comfy, very friendly hotel staff, excellent location in the heart of Madrid close to the Royal Palace and the old town
