部屋が清潔で心地よかった。 キッチン用の鍋等の器具が無かった。フロントに問い合わせたが、出払っているとの事だった。 |

地下鉄の駅に近いので移動に便利。 2年前に宿泊した時に比べると、室内の壁等がかなり汚れていて、手入れがされていない印象。チェックイン時- の宿泊シートの記入を、他の客がいるわけでもないのにフロントマンが急がせるような態度をとり、酷く感じが- 悪かった。到着時にシーツが汚れていたので、翌日交換してくれるようメモを残しておいたが、メモは捨てられ- ていたがシーツは交換されていなかった。真夏でもないし、少しひんやりしていたが、掛け布団はなく、薄いシ- ーツ一枚で唖然とした。クローゼットに毛布の完備もなかった。 |

部屋は非常に綺麗です。キッチンもついていて、近くのスーパーや市場でスペインの食材を買って料理すること- もできます。地下鉄のPlaza de Españaまでも徒歩3分。王宮まで徒歩7～8分。 |

2週間のポルトガル・スペインの旅の最後の2泊をここに滞在して大正解でした。このサイトで予約したので優- 遇され、最上階（といっても7階ですが）のジュニアスイートに入れてくれました。キッチン、ベランダ付きの- 快適な宿。見晴らしはさほどでもなく、近隣のメリア・プリンセサ・マドリッドホテルが見えるぐらいですが…- 空が広々で良いです。都心（Sol）から地下鉄で２駅の距離なので､静かで安いです。地下鉄Plaza de espa~na駅からは歩いて５分。ちょっと人通りの少ない道を１ブロック半ほどです。女性で夜到着であれ- ばタクシー利用が安心かも。有名なフラメンコスポットのCafe de chinitasまでは歩いて７～８分なので、最後の夜はフラメンコを堪能することもできました。王宮も歩- いていけます。Sol周辺のショッピング街でお土産を買い込むこともできました。大型スーパーEl conte inglesが安くて品揃えも豊富でした。 何もありません。とても親切で、いつも笑顔で、気配りのあるスタッフに感謝です。朝食は食べていないので分- かりません。スーパーで買ってきたものを部屋でちょこっと温めてすませました。 |

Good location - about 3 blocks from the metro station. Instalations are new and the hotel is very confortable. On a calm and silent street (in front of a school). Expensive breakfast - didn´t have it at the hotel. |

It is small but clean and well-run hotel. Furniture is well-chosen, room-size is adequate. Breakfast area was small and right on the path between reception and elevators. Rooms could use wireless Internet connections, instead of cable-DSL (available for 5 Euro deposit from reception). Basic utensils could be made available in the kitchen without the need to ask from the staff. |

excellent suite on the 6th floor with 2 balconies, microwave was very useful. very close to the city center and 2 metro stations. very helpfull staff and speaks english. the kitchen facilities weren't so useful without kitchenware, so we used only the microwave. |

The hotel is located near the Plaza de Espana and convenient to the Metro. It is in a non-touristy neighborhood. Close to the Parque del Oueste. Room was large and there also was a large outdoor terrace (I think only the 6th floor rooms have terraces). In room internet connections (if you have your own laptop) also was a plus, although the connection was very slow on our second visit. Although the hotel rooms have kitchenettes, the hotel staff is less than accomodating about the use of the kitchenettes. One must request a coffee/tea pot to heat water as well as cups, plates, etc. in order to use the kitchenette. On our second visit (one week after the first visit) the hotel staff told us we could not get bowls in our room even though they had been available on our first visit. |

very nice rooms. no wireless internet in rooms. we use a cable to connect to the internet but the connection was extremely slow. the hotel has a computer that guests can use for free and the connection is good. |
