部屋の広さは十分です。また空港までの距離が近く、ホテルのシャトルバスで5分くらいだったと思います。 故障箇所の放置や、風呂の湯温が安定しないのが気になるところ。特に熱湯と冷水が交互にでるシャワーは改善- した方が良いと思いました。 |

立地が空港から近いうえ，無料の送迎シャトルサービスがあるので乗り継ぎ利用にはとても便利です．スタッフ- は皆とても親切でした． 市内の主要な観光地から遠いことが唯一の不満でしょうか．公共交通機関で市内中心部に行くためには，バス，- 地下鉄を何度か乗り継いで行く必要があります． |

料金が朝食込みで安く、ブフェにも満足しました。スタッフの対応も良かったです。シャトルバスは、空港到着- 時には４５分ほど待たないといけなかったので、タクシーを使いましたが（16ユーロ）、ホテル発は問題なく- シャトルを利用できました。 夜、シャワーのお湯がかなりぬるかったです。１人目のシャワー時は大丈夫だったのですが。。。朝は問題あり- ませんでした。 |

スタッフの対応は良かった。 マドリッドに大雪が降り、電気供給の問題があったようで、部屋の電気が何度も消えたりして大変だった。エア- コンも効きが悪くなり、朝まで寒かった。 |

夜の１１時くらいに到着、そして、翌朝７時のフライトだったので、本当に少ない滞在時間でしたが、リビング- とベッドルームがあり、テレビもSANYOの液晶。本当に滞在時間が少ないのがもったいないくらいのホテル- でした。フロントの対応もよく、空港からのシャトルサービスもばっちりでした。また機会があれば是非、利用- したいホテルです。朝食なし、ツインで６０ユーロは安すぎでしょう！ チェックイン後、指定された部屋に行ってみたら、ベッドメーキングができていない部屋だったので閉口しまし- たが、フロントでクレームを言ったらすぐに部屋を換えてくれました。迅速な対応で満足です。 |

It was a great place to relax in transit. Remarkably healthy, tasty food in restaurant and bar. The suites have a full kitchen and separate living room with TV and fold out dining-room table. They have computers on the reception floor and use is free. I´ve been there before and plan to book another overnight there in Feb. When the TV is on in the bar, it´s really loud and hard to read. Still, with a suite, you can sit in your living room and read. |

The apartment was nice - two seperate rooms, bedroom and small living room, all in all it was ok for the price The hairdryer wasn't working, the windows in my room didnt close properly, the staff wasnt very friendly or interested in the needs of hotel guests annnd it was very loud in the evenings - cause of the staff removing dishes from conferenc rooms.. The bath was waaaay too small! |

Convenient to airport, free wifi and nice staff Much noise can be heard in the mornings, bring earplugs if you like to sleep. Also not impressed with absence of vegeterian/healthy food in the breakfast |

Internet connection for free I think that is better if you have some adaptator for business people that can use them PC in the hotel. I been around Madrid for to find italian adaptator. |

nice big room and second room,Good t.v .Plenty to eat, Good management .Peaceful and relaxing. Shuttle service. There was an minor accident in the room, due to some faulty furniture, but the manager made amends for this. The public transport is not that easy to find. |

It was value for money, spacious and clean. Beds were good. breakfast buffet included was fine. Loved the free mini bus service to the airport and the fact that there is a large shopping centre 5 min walking away with a large food court on the top floor. Pool area was closed, but with that also the back door, and the receptionists didn't want to open the door, although they say us, so we needed to walk all around the hotel to walk through the main entrance Its little things like this, which provides the service, but all 4 receptionist were saying no.The evening buffet was 14 euro pp and it was not good. It was a shame you couldn't order anything a la carte. |

Convenient to airport with free shuttle bus but also close to shopping mall (not just an industrial suburb).Bright lights in the room allows comfortable reading. Reasonable restaurant saves going to look for food outside. |
