Great toiletries set! Nice staff. Clean bathroom. Without traffic, it was 10 minutes from Madrid airport. Walls were thin, heard my neighbot snoring. Hotel service people were loud in the hallways. my room faced an empty lot, not a good view. |

Helpful polite staff, clean room, good breakfast, reasonable price, 15min to town centre via metro which was about a 5min walk, plenty of tapas bars and restaurants nearby. I would certainly stay here again. |

The hotel was very good, very clean and the rooms were spacious. We had a very nice breakfast. It was pretty near to the metro station 5 min by walk. The hotel offers its clients the service transferred from and to airport in 20 minutes...wonderful!!! perhaps the distance |

Quiet. comfortable and beautiful room. There is a VIPs store next door where you can buy snacks and drinks or reading material. If I go again, I'll use the subway to get to the hotel from the airport. Doing so would require a short walk, but it wouldn't be too bad with a wheeled suitcase. Previous reviews mentioned a free shuttle, but it does not run on weekends or at hours before 7 a.m. For me it was useless. I ended up spending about 50 euros total for a taxi to and fro. The fellow at the airport information booth thought the fare would be about 20 euro, but it ended up being about 22 euro with an an additional 8.50 in surcharges (explained to me as an airport tax and Sunday surcharge). It also seemed to me that the driver took an exceptionally long route. The hotel is not that far from the airport. To the airport from the hotel, the fare was about 18 euros. Both taxi drivers seemed surprised to receive tips, so perhaps that is not the custom in Madrid |

The room is very nice and clean. And hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The location is 5 mins walk from metro station. It is very convenient to city centre and airport. Further, there is a 24-hours supermarket beside the hotel. Next time, I will still choose this hotel. |

The rooms were really nice.The hotel was comfortable One of the staff at the reception gave us wrong information by saying that Turkish Airlines departs from Terminal 4 after checking the list available in the hotel.However the right terminal was Termainal 1.We were lucky that we had enough time for the check in. |

Would certainly recommend for quality, good for my business stay, reasonably easy to get into the city centre on the tube, Airport by Taxi OK, by tube inconvenient only stayed one night on this trip. a bit out of the way for the citycentre |

All as it probably should be; the room was clean; though 'double' bed was really 2 single ones attached and constantly splitting apart. The restaurant is too expensive so we didn't try it. A bit far from metro - 5-7 minutes by foot w/ luggage isn't fun at all, both close by metro stations have no escalator/lift to the ground level, so you get a good workout while you get there. won't be a problem if you come by car or taxi... |

Tiene un buen servicio de acuerdo con la categoría del mismo. Hay cucarachas, en 10 dias he matado 3, una dentro de la cama, a pesar de que la limpieza de la habitación considero que es excelente, deberían tratar el tema para evitar en lo posible que vuelva a suceder. son bichos muy asquerosos y hay gente que le tiene mucha fobia. |

L'albergo è situato a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana, da cui si raggiunge in 10 minuti circa il centro della città. Inoltre è situato in una zona dove sono presenti molti locali ed un piccolo centro commerciale. La colazione continentale è abbondante e di discreta qualità. Il personale è gentile e le camere pulite. Da segnalare anche il servizio gratuito di internet in tutte le camere e la piccola piscina in cui rilassarsi dopo le fatiche del giorno... Se proprio devo trovare qualche aspetto negativo... la sauna, piccola, sporca e poco funzionale ed il servizio navetta per l'aereoporto, non attivo negli orari che ci sarebbero serviti (siamo arrivati alle 13:00 e partiti alle 15). |

Es un buen hotel, tiene buena relación calidad-precio. Tiene un bufet de desayuno bastante bueno, en general el trato muy agradable. Se puede usar la piscina interior, tiene buenas comunicaciones por metro muy cercano. La verdad es que a sido una buena estancia, nos ha gustado. Nada importante, sólo que nos retrasamos en una la salida un poco y a los 20 minutos nos estaban llamando para que la dejasemos. Ibamos con una bebé y nos retrasamos ( la habitación ya estaba pagada ). Un hotel con más de 200 habitaciones y muchas disponibles, no debería cometer el error de 'echar' así a los clientes. |
