内装が凝っていて、面白かった。買い物、食事、観光をするのに良い位置に建っていた。 フロントからエレベーターまで階段があって、トランクを自分で持ち上げていかないといけないのでそれは大変- かも？バスルームの臭いが入室時強かった。 |

４星ホテルであり、清潔・サービス・スタッフの対応は当たり前であるが、その例の一つとしてチェクアウト後- の荷物の保管とその管理も適切にされており、重たい荷物をもって市内観光も楽にできた。また各室毎に斬新な- デザインで特に新婚カップルには最適と思われた。 |

夜中に着いたにもかかわらず、とても親切に対応していただきました。部屋もすばらしかった。到着初日をここ- にしてよかったと思いました。 周りの部屋や廊下の音がうるさいです。これはホテルというよりも他の客のマナーの問題な気がしますが。 |

地下鉄の駅から近くメインストリート沿いにあるのでとても便利でした。ホテル内はキレイでよかったです。 部屋がモダンなので部屋でゆっくり過ごせなかった。 |

体の不自由な人たちのことをもう少し考えてください。アプローチからエレベーターまでスロープが無く、階段- が多すぎる。 モーニングコールを頼みましたが、実行されませんでした。 |

A strategic location. Classified as design but however not maintened as it should be. Lack of service upon arrival. Lot of hassale with the luggage. No elevator on reception level. Mimimum of advise "concierge" on restaurants. |

Nearby the center and bus stop of hop on hop off, so you can visit Madrid in 1 day. Hotel is clean and all what I needed was available I should not classify this hotel as design but rather as kitch.Price was also rather high in comparison to what you get |

This is a modern hotel in the heart of the city but it is very quiet. The rooms were just beautiful and the power shower was great. I would stay here again and I would not reccomend this highly enough. |

The hotel had a nice simple design putting a modern spin on a old style building. I was really disappointed that the double room I booked was actually 2 single beds pushed together dressed in their own seperate bed clothes, we ended up only using 1 bed. While the windows were very well soundproofed the doors and walls were not at all. I could hear the actions and the tv in the next rooms and several times it sounded like there were people trying to access our room with their key card. |

The breakfast was excellent. Liked the view from the roof garden. The quality of the interiors were top of the pops. There were no feather pillows. And the building site next door didn't look too appelling. |

Within easy walking distance of the main sites, shopping, theatre and restaurants. Very comfortable room. The decor was modern and pleasing to the eye. No public area such as bar or lounge room to relax in. |

Design is very interesting The services array isn't the strong point of the hotel.In regards the staff, there was only one receptionist that was amazing all the other ones they were much more concern about their tasks than helping us out. Definitely, needs more training here! |

The decor was fantastic - we were very impressed with the chicness! Location was perfect - right in the heart of things! Only complaint - no WiFi in the rooms (being an iPhone user this was important to me) and the selection of free TV in english was very limited and movie rentals 12 euros each...but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. |

The design of rooms/hotel/bar area, comfort of the bed, amenities in bathroom,location. The restaurant having a menu limited to room service on Sunday night; breakfast selections were not as extensive as Hotel Soma.Therefore hotel fell down on catering. |

the hotels location is ideal for touring around Madrid city. The room and bathroom were of a decent size and decor. Because of the dark colours in the foyer and on the stairs and the reduced lighting, it would not take much for a person to trip and fall. It is certainly not very user friendly around the reception area. |

The rooms were nicely decorated and a large bathroom with bath. Also the bed was very good. The roof terrace was less than I expected, no bar or anything, and the first day it was closed. |
