Very good food, friendly staff, the cleaning of your room was very prompt every morning, and last but not least the night show's were very entertaining. It would if been nice if they had more food options, after 2 days they started to repeat, and the breakfast was almost everyday the same. |

Was very clean..the staff were nice and helpful..the food was really nice for a hotel... just a really nice hotel over all...was 3 mins away from the beach..located in the right spot near to everything.. i will be going there 1 day again. |

Dinner (not breakfast) and pool deserve a really positive note. Great variety of guests (young pairs, just youngs, families...). Animation for kids. Staff (unprofessional reception desk), bedrooms (old cheap construction; you can really hear normal conversation between rooms), views from room (dirty backyard of discos and bars) |

Reception open 24 hours, and guards at the enterance. Good location, not as mutch noise from BCN as expected. Long black hairs all over the appartment from the cleaners, floors where not cleaned during our stay. Beds are extremly hard, causing problems with sleeping, and the " Three bed rooms" are extremly tiny!! 15-18m2 is Very small for 3 persons! |

This hotel had for the most part was in a great location, very near the beach. The hotel felt slightly old and rundown, and a little expensive for the quality. Also the elevators were misserably slow! |

nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the night staff made you feel like a kid,telling you to go to bed,my mum dont tell me to go to my room,so dont expect it from a hotel which i pay money to stay in! they pushed you around,literaly pushed you around......had to call the police at one point. never visit the place again id rather sleep on a bench! swearing at you,god i could go on and on! |

Great swimming pool, good value with breakfast/dinner buffet included, a couple of minutes away from the beach (which we can see from the balcony) and right next to the bcm club. After 7pm until the middle of the night there is a lot of loud music that we can hear from the street, but I really liked it because it was like starting the party already in our room! I liked everything, but I think that older people or people that like quietness would not enjoy this hotel as much as I did, since it is right next to a big club and facing the bar street, which is quite noisy in the evening/night. The dinner buffet was not great but good value for money, so I would definitely come back to this hotel! |

The hotel is good value for money, but beaver of it is situated right next door to the biggest disco in Mallorca (BCM) so maybe not recommendable for light sleepers, in addition, the breakfast buffet was excellent. |

En general nos ha gustado todo, la comida como en todos los hoteles de mallorca podria ser mejor pero se puede comer, un buen hotel, ya habia estado hace 4 años y repetiria. Tiene un buen personal. El ruido de los alrededores, es lo que tiene una discoteca al lado. |
