Actually everything was nice and for sure the staff - the only complain the parkings very small and unconfortable, for the rest I will use this hotel again if need it without any doubt. As I mentioned before the parkings very small and unconfortable |

Beautiful room (very modern), wonderful club atmosphere, great club house, very clean, huge room...very impressed with everything at this hotel. The room service was excellent as well. You park in a gated community and parking is very close to the door. Very convenient! The location was not in our GPS system, so be sure to print out directions if you are driving to this location. Our only regret with hotel is that we only stayed one night. Book more than one night so you can truly enjoy it! |

I was particulalry impressed with the standard of the accomodation. The appartment was really spacious, clean comfortable and well equipped. The staff were very pleasant and we were very close to tennis courts where we played daily The only thing I would suggest is that the pools could have been kept a bit cleaner - the water surface had some leaves, dust and in one case a dress floating in it!!! The poolside was very well maintained and it was off season so not any people were actually swimming |

It was easy friendly and most facilities are within walking distance or a bus/taxi can be accessed. For a short stay no car required. Accomodation had all that was required for a short stay and apartment was very well kitted out. I eat in so can not comment on food at restaurent but I have heard it is very good. |

very good accommodation with stylish apartments, large swimming pool, sunbeds, private parking and excelent food in resort restaurant, fine room service twice a week (except kitchen), perfect hotel services kitchen corner is very small and dishwasher is missing in some apt, in some apt is noisy from nearby main street |

The apartment was well apointed, spacious and clean. The evening "entertainment" was really unpleasant. It was of very poor quality and far too loud. This disturbed our baby. It is really pointless that the hotel put it on. |

where the apartment was situated was very quiet, which was good, also amenities were close by. found the apartment qiute dated and tired looking. aqlso had lots of problems with garage keys not working properly had to change them.we felt that the checking out time was quite early so therefore didn,d get good value for money. |

We were mad every welcome by the staff, The pool was ideal for my 3 and 1 year old kids, both indoor and outdoor. The food was also very good quality. The kids club was only for 5 years and up which we were not aware of. The restaraunts in the area did not cater for kids very much and apart from the park in the complex grounds there was nothing for the kids in the area. Also disagreed with the policy that you had to but a meal if you wanted to see F-Dancers. |

every thing was great, very clean and well maintained club. we enjoyed very much the covered swimming pool, the jacuzi and the sauna. the kids also had great fun at the kids club where they accept to guard children above 5 years for free. a highly recommended resort. late check-in at 16:30 and early check-out at 10:30 ( but they allowed us to stay till 12:00 as we arrived late the first night) |

I was very impressed with the quality of the apartment (living room with kitchen / all necessary utensils, pans, dishes, etc., bedroom, bath). The staff was very friendly. All in all, great value for money! |

in door pool the kindness of the staff and their understanding when i arrived minus my purse which had been stolen at the airport. the fact that there was not maid service every day as in most timeshare/point places. the sales staff being quite kind in not being pushy which i have never found to be the case in other projects in other countries even my own the lact of my ability to put the card into the entrance to the gate which is probably due to my lack of driving skills |

The free upgrade! The only negative comment I can make, following a lovely two night stay, was that the floor of the kitchen beside the refrigerator was rusty and dirty. Otherwise, a very positve experience. |

The location is very good. It is near the beach, supermarket, restaurants and the highway. I also liked that we were able to book tours right at the hotel. It was very convenient. The room could have been cleaned a bit better. I swept the floor the first day and there were tons of dirt/sand. |

The spaciousness, layout & furnishing of the apartments. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. It also helped very much that they spoke excellent English. More than 1 dose of washing up liquid & kitchen roll would have been more helpful. We had to buy more than we could use in our 4 day stay. |

1. Los apartamentos - muy bien equipados y amueblados, espaciosos. 2. El restaurante - excelente calidad de la comida. 3. El personal - muy amable. 4. Preciosas vistas hacía la montaña (por lo menos desde el piso donde estábamos). 5. La playa - no es tan industrial como en otros sitios, tiene algo auténtico de naturaleza. 6. La ubicación - muy cerca a la playa, al lado de un bosque de pinos 1. El jardín esta cubierto completamente de azulejos, casi no hay cesped. 2. La piscina interior no la he visto muy limpia, y no era suficentemente caliente (estabamos en diciembre) |

Hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella ja hoidetulla alueella. Merenranta on kuitenkin aivan vieressä ja Marbellan keskustaan on lyhyt taksi/bussi matka. Huoneet ovat siistejä ja allasalue hyvä. Palvelu toimi moitteettomasti. Hotelliravintolan ruoan laatu on vaihteleva. |

los jardines y la atencion del personal la politica comercial es negativa para el cliente , solicite ampliacion de horario por que el vuelo salia mas tarde y tuve que lliquidar el dia completo 300e .me parecio oportunista. Ademas intentan venderte multipropiedad a toda costa en el hotel. |

La situación es buena tienes restaurantes y supermercados cerca. La piscina muy adecuada para niños pequeños. Apartamento funcional y bien amueblado. Servicio de toallas e internet gratuito. La limpieza de las habitaciones la hacían a partir de las 14:00.La playa está a 350 metros pero hay una pendiente importante. El club de niños es a partir de los 5 años.No tiene persianas. |

Limpieza de las habitaciones justa. Debería realizarse como mínimo 2 veces por semana, siendo 3 veces lo normal. El horario del miniclub debería ser más amplio, a pesar de que no lo hayamos disfrutado. |
